“Just to start off, I would say this was probably one of the better visits I have ever had with a car dealership. It has always been a rather anxiety driven process for me. And I have been to some where they literally have no care for you. I have been to one where I overheard the general floor manager tell the sales manager that if they do not like their prices, I could just go somewhere else. This is clearly not the case here. When I first came in, I was met by Jaye. He is a really nice and calm mellow individual. Very knowledgeable with the car that I was interested in. It was an Ionic 5. He was prepared to answer all of my questions and was very patient and thorough with me. We talked about some prices, but I said I would check back with him later. The following week I had noticed that the price had dropped, and I come back to find out if this was true. Unfortunately, Jaye was not working that day. But I was met with Lamontt. He was also another very nice and friendly individual. Also, very knowledgeable and patient with me. He spent the time to let me test drive the car again and answer my questions. In the end, I purchased the car. There couldn't be a nicer salesperson than these two gentlemen. Lamontt will genuinely make you feel like royalty the entire time. The entire car buying process went very smoothly and in the end, I walked out with a car that I extremely happy with today. If you come in, ask for Jaye or Lamontt!!! My honest heartfelt opinion would be Rohrman Hyundai of Gurnee would be a place I would recommend. I will be more than happy to return to buy another car from them in the future. Plus....the gong!!!”
