“The car buying experience was good bought the car in late July .Six months after purchasing this car I quickly regretted it as I found out the car had always had a coolant leak I knew nothing about.over a 6 month period it turned into a massive coolant leaks with repairs totaling $4,700. They also failed to tell me I could finance a warranty and I never got to sit down with the financing department to discuss this, the sales person did the deal from start to finish. Please Do Not Waist Your money here. When I called about the problem I was having manager Pat was very rude and unprofessional.”

“If I could leave less stars I would. Sold me a gmc sierra 15000 that the frame had serious structural rust issues that they had “fixed” by tacking sheet metal over the largest holes. My mechanic said it wasn’t safe to drive. After many hours and lots of tears the allowed me to trade it for an older higher miles Chevy avalanche. Which due to its age needs constant Maitnence with the mechanic. They traded me one lemon for another. And worse than that they sold that death truck to someone else for more than what I paid for it. I’m a single mom battling terminal cancer and sunk everything I had into what I thought was a nice truck. I didn’t know I needed to ask for a sold frame and a vehicle that was safe to drive. I assumed bob the sales man wouldn’t sell something so dangerous. Absolutely avoid Carsource at all costs. I’ll walk everywhere before I ever return there I have video that shows the worst of the damage but cannot upload here”

“I recently purchased a Bronco Outer Banks from Car Source Auto this past Saturday. Overall, the experience was mixed.
My salesman, Hunter, was not overly pushy, which I appreciated. All of the staff I interacted with were polite and professional, and that made the process more comfortable.
However, I do have several complaints. Before driving all the way from Virginia to Ohio, we agreed on an out-the-door price of $35,000. When I arrived, I was told the price had been increased by $500, and there was very little willingness to negotiate after the fact. That was frustrating, especially after making such a long trip based on a prior agreement.
The vehicle itself was also disappointing at delivery. The Bronco was very dirty, had only about 10% oil life remaining, and was given to me with almost no gas in the tank. It also needs the window wipers replaced. When I brought this up, Hunter said he would provide a gas card, but I was only given $12, even though it takes roughly $60 to fill the tank. The listing said it had 55,000 thousand miles but when I arrived it has 57,500 thousand.
While I’m happy with the Bronco itself and the staff was friendly, the pricing change, lack of vehicle prep, and minimal effort to make things right took away from what should have been an exciting purchase experience.”

“Picked up an awesome new Ford Transit for our local Kitchen and bath supply company. Bob Frederick was a cool dude to work with, he got our company a great deal on a super clean, low mileage van for The Nicklaus Group. Fast and friendly service, he got me right in and out without playing around. I always support small family owned businesses like ours, keep it local everyone to keep the money in the communities we live and work in. Thanks Bob and Happy Holidays!”

“100% recommend this place!!! Working with Alonzo Horn lll, was the best car buying experiences, I've ever had. Spent a lot of the day trying to find a car that suited me.
And he was patient and helped all along the way. His suggestions and advice were top-notch.
Couldn't be happier!!!”
