They were professional, curtousy and great personailties.They provided excellent service and transportation too get me there to go over all my options and help with the best pricing! Walked out happy with my agreement and a brand new car! . In previous interaction also met with Bill in mechanics awesome service and fast. Highly recommend!

We just purchased a 2026 Nissan Rogue from Girard Nissan in Groton, CT. This was our first time buying a vehicle from Girard. The team at Girard provided a great car-buying experience. Our buying process started with an online inquiry. We immediately received a response from Brenna, steering us to the next step of the process. We scheduled an appointment and met with Juan, test drove the vehicle that we inquired about and proceeded to work on a deal. We were then introduced to Cameron, one of the managers there. Although a deal was not reached on the spot, Cameron continued negotiations through emails into the evening. Once deal was complete, we went to the dealership the next day. There, we met with the finance manager, Carlo, who put all of the paperwork together, explained everything clearly, and efficiently. In under 2 hours, we were driving away in a brand new Rogue. Thank you, Brenna, Juan, Cameron, and Carlo for making the experience a great one.

Exceptional! This was the smoothest, fastest, and most convenient car buying experience I’be ever had. I came prepared to negotiate hard, like I usually do when procuring a vehicle from a dealership, but at every turn, the price and terms offered were more than fair and generous. Everyone was genuinely friendly, helpful, and competent. I wholeheartedly recommend Girard and will be back when we need another car. Mahalo nui!

My experience with Girard Nissan was a month-long ordeal marked by severe communication failures and incompetence. Initially, they locked my keys in my car, requiring me to bring a spare while en route to a medical treatment. Throughout the repair process, I received conflicting information and delays, with receptionist Olivia being consistently rude and dismissive. Manager Keith repeatedly made false promises and provided misleading explanations about the repairs. My primary concern, a warning light indicating reduced engine power, was ignored. He later claimed the associated code predated the accident, a claim I refuted with documented proof. When I requested a part number to expedite repairs, I found it readily available online for next-day delivery, contradicting Keith's 4-5 day estimate. With my rental coverage ending and a crucial, pre-planned vacation for terminally ill cancer patients looming, Keith offered inadequate "solutions," including deducting rental costs from my deductible and falsely denying he offered a courtesy car. He also suggested I drive the car with known engine issues, a dangerous proposition I refused. Escalating to general manager Robbie proved futile, as he was on vacation. Ultimately, director Dennis intervened after I contacted Antonino Acura for assistance. He covered my rental and arranged a Saturday pickup. However, even then, my car was returned with missing parts, debris, and subpar detailing, despite them acknowledging my disability. This dealership's negligence and lack of communication were egregious. Their month-long delay, coupled with their last-minute discovery of a readily available part, underscores their incompetence. I strongly advise against entrusting them with your vehicle.
