“On February 6th, my husband went to Fred Anderson Chevrolet Buick GMC after he wrecked his truck and decided it was time to buy a new one. I got off work feeling upset about everything and honestly wasn’t ready for more car payments. It was a stressful situation, and I definitely wasn’t planning on buying another vehicle myself. From the moment we walked in, Fabian, our salesman, was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. I’ll admit I wasn’t the easiest customer because I really didn’t want another car payment, but he never pressured me and treated us with so much respect. Jeff, the GM, was also very helpful and welcoming. I truly appreciated how patient and supportive he was, even with my stubborn self! And Tristen in finance was very professional, friendly, and outgoing. He made the paperwork process smooth and easy. By the end of it all, my husband got his new truck — and I ended up getting a new SUV myself! What started as a stressful day turned into a really positive experience thanks to their team. We couldn’t be more grateful for their kindness and patience. If we ever need another vehicle, we will definitely be back. Thank you all again for everything!”

“I’ve purchased well over 10 cars in the last couple of years, so I’ve had the chance to experience many interactions through numerous dealerships. Most of which have been abismal. However this has been the first time in a VERY long time that a transaction has gone very smoothly and with no surprises during signing. My wife and I love our 25’ ZR2 . with 2 dogs and a new born it’s got all the space we need. Justin was very helpful and respectful throughout the entire transaction and a pleasure to work with. I’ll definitely be going back for my next car!”

“My wife and I have bought 8 cars in the past 6 years (the last 2 being from Fred Anderson gmc- and the only place I’ve done business at more than once) Caden (sales manager) and Daniela (sales rep) were amazing to deal with and were extremely transparent through the whole process. They also didn’t waste time and worked with me extensively over the phone due to my busy schedule. Hands down the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. 100% recommend them to anyone looking at a vehicle from Chevy, gmc or Cadillac. Side note: even the finance manager was awesome, he made it so I could sign everything and get out in under 20 min. Highly recomend them to anyone looking to buy.”

“I bought a car Friday from Chris. He was absolutely wonderful in helping me during the buying process. I met with Steve in finance who was also super nice and helpful. However, 25 mins after I left the dealership, the car had a check engine light come on and the dealership was closed. I texted the number Chris and I had been communicating through and he immediately called me and met me back at the dealership to give me keys for my old car. Sat morning, the service manager, Alex, called me and profusely apologized. Everyone made sure I knew this was not how they conduct business and they'd do everything to correct it-- even stated several times that I was not locked in to this car. (This means a lot) Today, I spoke with Alex and it seems that the car had an issue with the thermostat and they are working to get it fixed and offered to have the car delivered to me (I live 2 hours away). Everyone has been so wonderful and I know that sometimes people dont disclose issues with their trade in and sometimes trade ins sit and cause things to go wonky. I appreciate how this staff has gone above and beyond not just to make a sale but to make it right. I have all the confidence that this is not your stereotypical dealership and I am glad that they are the ones Im dealing with. I cannot wait to get my car and would absolutely do business with this dealership again! This is what customer service should look like!”
