“I would like to write this review highlighting a certain employee! Kenneth Morgan in the service department. I had an exceptional experience with Kenneth in the service department. His professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. He went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was serviced correctly and explained everything clearly. Outstanding work that deserves recognition! I can’t say enough good things about Kenneth. From the moment I arrived, he treated me with respect and made sure I felt taken care of. His knowledge and dedication gave me complete confidence in the service. “This establishment is amazing and my sales consultant by the name of Darius was beyond outstanding!!! I went in with hopes of purchasing my very first vehicle with no prior knowledge or experience but with his patience, shared educational tips and determination it allowed me the confidence to make such a big decision!!! “After purchasing my 2025 Frontier I had concerns about how the delivery of the vehicle went since it was delivered from another dealership. Some concerns were legit and after speaking to the management team along with a co-owner other concerns were overlooked by myself. They knew I wasn't 100% satisfied with the process and they went above and beyond to ensure I was a satisfied customer today. The Sales Manager George handled the issues in a very professional manner along with the actual Co Owner. They both approached me with a proactive attitude. With that said they also made it clear they are aware that they also have concerns on training their team to better serve the consumers not only during the delivery of the vehicle but the administrative process when signing and reviewing the sales contract. Even though I never experienced the perfect dealership on my purchase I have gained trust and solid integrity with Escude Nissan on future purchase and service. I highly recommend Escude Nissan Sales/Service team along with the management. Even though I never give 5 star ratings I know I will become more aware of consumers responsibilities as they are aware of improving their process. I just want to say Thanks to George and the staff at Escude Nissan and I wish you all the best in success. See you guys on my first service !”

“The service center people are really nice and helpful as they can be.
My 2025 Nissan Frontier 4x4 sucks. 4th time in the shop. The transmission sucks. Super sluggish and nonresponsive. If you punch the gas pedal to avoid traffic, brace for impact. It will dog out like it missed a shift point. The diagnostics came back 'no issues.' It's an issue. Then it didn't start last week. That came back as fuel system fault. The wiring harness for the rear camera was replaced because of a recall. And the transmission sucks.
But the service department is really good. They've been able to get me back on the road quickly. They are seriously great at what they do”
