“I'm giving Greenville Hyundai two Stars for the simple reason I drove my car there because it was stopping on me in slow traffic and I figured I better take it to Hyundai because that's dangerous stopping in traffic. But what I don't understand is I drove my car there maybe stopped on me a few times while driving it to Greenville from Royse City. Greenville Hyundai had it a few weeks yesterday Tuesday February 17th . Josh in service department call me on Monday February the 16th that they have diagnosed the problem and the cost to repair My car. My husband didn't want to pay the price right now. I told Josh that ... Josh told me to give them a little bit to put everything back on My car , Tuesday the 17th of February 2025 I drove the loaner car back and picked up My 2022 Hyundai sonata, I drove My car there to the service department. but when I picked my car up I drove out of the Bay, out of the parking lot of Greenville Hyunda. Around 4:45 & 5:00 p.m. I didn't make it a mile and a half down the road. I had to call roadside assistance My vehicle had to be towed home. Don't get me wrong Josh in service department is one of the most kindest person I know. I don't understand how I drove My car there. But had to be towed home make that make sense. should've been able to drive it back home with the same problem I drove it to Greenville Hyundai with Right ? have to wait 3 hours for a tow truck . Thank you Josh for your kindness, I do understand that you're not the one that diagnostic the problem. I guess that high pressure fuel pump got worse sitting there for over a week. Drove in drove out a Mile in a half or less from Hyundai Greenville and towed the rest of the way home to Royse City.

“Thanks to Bubba, Ryan, and Gary, THIS HAS BEEN THE SMOOTHEST car-buying experience I have ever had.
They accommodated me on many levels with customer service that is very difficult to find. They went out of their way to ensure my experience was the best.
I have bought MANY vehicles, but this was by far the best experience I have ever had from any dealership!!!!!!
THANK YOU, THANK YOU for delivering the car that I had prayed about for months. God bless each and everyone at this dealership and their families. (The only reason the car is dirty is because my family lives on dirt roads in Oklahoma!)”

“I had a wonderful experience buying my new 2026 Tuscon Limited in November under the Hyundai Getaway sales event. JoJo, Hector, & Ryan were all absolutely great! They did not lead me on or try give me the run around. I traded in my 2023 Santa Fe with 70k miles, and told them up front what range my payment would need to be in for me to make the trade. THEY MADE IT HAPPEN, and my payment even went down a little! The process was pretty short compared to past car buying experiences. When I got to finance, Ryan did not try to talk me into getting an extended warranty or other things I didn't want. And Hector even helped me decide on which vehicle to buy, from the 3 that I was looking at. The Tuscon Limited was definitely the right choice for me! I think the promotion is still going on, in case anyone reading this wants a great deal on a new car. If it can be done, these guys will make it happen! (I also like the service department at this dealership, too.)”
