“Buying my pickup truck several years ago was a breeze. SVG was great to work with thru the purchase process. The first couple years of service, they did an okay job, other then not greasing any of the ball joints. However; the couple services that I have had there has been terrible. They overfilled the oil for what my vehicle was and allowed 1 free service for the hassle, which was nice. We took our truck back to SVG in Greenville about a month ago for the free service. We had the free service as well as paid for the full 4wd service that was discussed at the time. When the truck was done, I looked underneath the truck because of past issues. I could tell that the ball joints were not greased again. I called the manager out and he took it back in and greased 1 of them. When I brought the truck home, I crawled under to make sure they had them all greased, and that's when I seen the oil dripping from my transfer case. I called SVG and told them about the leak and that they needed to tow this back to SVG and get it fixed. This was not an issue prior to the service of the pick up truck. Instead of towing it back, the service manager came to our home, allowed him in our shop and he attempted to fix the leak. He was cranking on the transfer case plug and I mentioned that he was going to crack it if he wasn't careful. He then proceeded to chew me out. While he was there, I was reading over my bill and noticed that in the bill for the 4wd service, it states Rear Diff Service with Cover removed. And this was not removed. As well as 3 more ball joints were not greased, after he told me he watched his service tech do this. He claimed he was getting me a new transfer case plug and going to put it in the following day but in the meantime, he said I could drive the truck. I crawled underneath and looked at it the next day because he did not return any phone calls. What i seen then was the that transfer case was cracked. I talked to the general manager, Jeff and he said he would call me back but that never happened. He did eventually text me and then had Carleton call me back. I left them know it was cracked and sent them photos as well as videos. I use this truck daily and I also plow snow so having this issue during the snow storm did not help any. 5 days that I couldn't use my vehicle because of negligence with their service department. At the end of the day, SVG fixed my truck but we will never deal with SVG again.”

“Ethan at SVG went over and above to get us the perfect vehicle!! Even met us after hours in a snow storm to give us the keys to our new car because it was the only time we had!! Truly took time, energy, and care in finding the Traverse with every thing we needed for the price point we needed. I spoke to many dealerships during my buying process and ended up asking SVG to get a vehicle from another dealership just so I could buy it from them, because of their customer service! Will absolutely be purchasing my next vehicle from them as well! Highly recommend, and work the drive from Lex, KY!”
