“Erveline was very helpful for our purchase of a RAV4 and made sure we got everything done as quick as possible The finance manager with the big beard and fade and manicured nails has a very nasty attitude acted like he was a hot shot and had no respect for me and my father when purchasing the car He couldn’t even be bothered to stand up after we purchased the car and paperwork was finished he took a phone call and just ignored us. Will never purchase another vehicle from them again because of that nasty finance manager , he needs a wake up call.”

Smooth process, excellent service and helped me in a time crunch. I met Mr Penn at the NY Autoshow years ago and he told me to come by and he would help us find a new SUV. After looking at multiple different models we decided to go with a pickup for the most room and comfort of our family. Thank you for the help throughout this process. “Penn Toyota’s service department can probably change your oil—congratulations on mastering the basics. But don’t expect them to follow Toyota’s maintenance protocols without a fight. Want your 2023 RAV4 Prime’s hybrid battery filter checked as per Toyota’s free service? Better bring a lawyer and a magnifying glass to prove it’s included. The office is clean, parking is ample, and the staff smiles like they’re auditioning for a toothpaste ad. But don’t let the polished facade fool you—this place is a circus of shady practices. They advertise “Toyota Repair” with a shiny logo, implying certification, but they’re not Toyota-certified. Instead, they outsource to a one-man shop with zero credentials, promising the moon (like waiving Geico deductibles) to snag your business. A $1,600 rear-end repair quote—scribbled on a napkin and whisked away like a magician’s trick—ballooned to $5,200 after Geico’s evaluation. The real cost at an iCar Gold-certified shop? $8,900. Penn’s estimate wasn’t just off; it was a fantasy. When I asked for paperwork on parts for the $5,200 repair, Golden Coast (their partner) scoffed, saying, “People just drop off their car and pick it up like new.” Sure, and I bet they throw in a free unicorn. I backed out, and the manager flipped, charging me $600 to retrieve my car, claiming I owed for a “free” loaner (paperwork said $0) and imaginary storage fees. Next, they’ll bill me for breathing their air. This violates DMV repair regulations and Toyota’s trademark rules by slapping their logo on unauthorized repairs. Ironically, while they were trying to fleece me, their sales team spammed me with offers to buy my RAV4 Prime. Each letter was a reminder to report their antics to Toyota and the DMV. Penn Toyota’s true talent? Convincing customers to take their business elsewhere. Save your money, your car, and your sanity—steer clear of these scammers.”
