“Justin and Drillon at Just Whips have a ton of high end vehicles of all varieties. Justin was very patient with me and I went from casually looking to actually buying. He worked with me and communicated daily. And these guys are busy so I appreciated feeling valued and important. I finally decided on a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited X. This car is loaded with features you can find only on TrackHawks so admittedly I didn't even know this trim existed. Well it looked like a perfect truck but like most things it wasn't perfect. It was Equipped with brand new off road tires (which looked cool) but it affected the ride quality and on the highway, over 70 miles per hour the steering wheel was shaking, not absurdly but enough to walk away and I thought this won't work. (But boy, do I love how she looks) Also the blind spot monitor was staying lit and the air wasn't blowing cold consistently. Justin did not hesitate to promise to make it all right....And that they did, they got her brand new Street tires, alignment, balance, fix the blind spot monitor and recharged the a c. I bought it today, and she's running perfectly. They gave me what I wanted for my trade in and got my payments right where I needed. Can't say enough about these guys but I can give them a great review and highly recommend shopping with them for your next new ride, thanks again Justin!”
