I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Less than a month after purchasing my car, the brake lights came on and I started hearing a loud noise in the back. They promised to fix it, but after leaving my car with them for seven days, absolutely nothing was done. I never received a single update unless I called myself. Now, weeks later, I’m being told the mechanic is in the hospital — but that doesn’t excuse the complete lack of communication and accountability from the dealership. I paid good money for a reliable car and decent service, and got neither. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience.

Let me start by saying, Will was wonderful! He was very attentive, patient, and extremely accommodating to my work schedule. Now, the mechanic who checks the vehicles needs to be fired immediately! In a matter of 2.5 weeks, I’ve had issues with TWO vehicles. The first vehicle was a 2017 Ford Explorer and the check engine light came on during the test drive, Will had the mechanic check it, and it was the spark plugs originally. Came back to pick it up, wasn’t on, but came on again during the drive home mere minutes after purchase. I continued to bring it back each day because it was little things, like spark plugs. On the third day, I took it to a different mechanic to only find out I’m leaking engine oil and I need a new engine. Well, Will was able to switch it out for a 2018 Ford Explorer. Not two weeks after purchase, I had to contact law enforcement to get my newborn and toddler out of my car. It was dark and late, so we thought it was the theft system because it wouldn’t do anything. The doors were unlocked but you couldn’t open them. AAA came and it wasn’t the battery but the piece connected to the battery was basically hanging on by one little bolt and not connected properly. Will has wonderful customer service but please check the vehicle prior to purchase at your own mechanic, because their mechanic doesn’t care. Neither car came detailed but Will offered for me to come back to get it done but I’ll just get it washed later. I’m out $7000 for a new transmission and I owe $11,375.61 so now I’m back to square one. Please be cautious about buying a car from here. Just because I had a less than nice experience doesn’t mean the same for you. I have documentation but they’re going to do everything to cover themselves. Not disgruntled, disappointed that they could care less about selling me cars with known concerns. I’m simply out of a car now.

If I could rate this place 6 stars I would. Geoff went above and BEYOND to help me get this car. He is the epitome of excellent customer service. He spent extra hours to set me up for the car and for my future. He constantly reassured me and explained everything perfect! (coming from a first time buyer who was nervous) He was outstanding. Him and his team really know what they’re doing! Grateful to have crossed paths with this great man!
