Go over the maintenance records thoroughly BEFORE signing & get fresh filters, belts & fluids on your "new to you" car if they are due. ❤️ My 2018 Subaru & hope to have it for many years. Thanks CarMax Service dept for getting these issues resolved.”

“Purchasing experience 10/10 Sean is amazing, would recommend to anyone. I bought my car at night so I didn't see it at the dealership but the day after in the light of day I noticed a bunch of chips in the windshield. Took it all the way back there (2 hours round trip, besides the time spent in the store) for them to do nothing (they said they fixed it but they didn't) and then they told me if it cracks from the chips any time soon, they will replace it... Well what if it cracks in 6 months? I don't know. I left feeling really uncomfortable after my service appointment. This blóws.. Again, purchasing experience was great. Just don't expect anything after that. Also this is a side note, I've purchased from CarMax before (in Chicago) and when I did, I bought the very expensive warranty, don't waste your money, they will say everything is not covered and make excuses why even if the warranty says it's covered. Happened to me 3 times in Chicago. So that's 4 service experiences with CarMax that were not great. Buy a car here, cool. Then never take it back there, even if it's under "warranty."”
