“The staff is very friendly and helpful. Laura in particular was an absolute joy to deal with. She was helpful the entire way of this process and even when I got my new car and I needed to grab something I had forgotten in the old one she did not hesitate to assist me with that. I’ve purchased two cars from the dealership and both experiences have been good, but this one was even better. absolutely would recommend and if you’re looking for a car ask for Laura she won’t steer you wrong.”

“Outstanding from first walk-in as a shopper until I drove away as a buyer a week later. Jaime Ruiz was an excellent salesperson, providing good information in laid-back style. Happy with price and service. Also the finance man who did the closing but whose name I forgot was easy to work with and patient.”

“Our sales person Suzi was awesome, very knowledgeable and courteous. The wolfman worked with us to get the vehicle we wanted in the payment range that works for us. I highly recommend this place. The only room for improvement is the people that set up the new cars , I'm not sure if this was missed or it's the norm. All the connectors for the seat belts were wrapped in plastic with a rubberband. And plastic film on the main screen and HVAC controls.not a big deal 15 minutes and I took care of it. At least it was full of gas and detailed in and out. I will be going back soon and so will my son's..”

“I had been to Rosen Hyundai a few times to check out cars and representative Susie Carr was so helpful every time it was easy a fairly painless to spend money at Rosen. I also enjoyed Wolfgang easy to work with and again got a car that I love.”

“Rosen showed a complete lack of professionalism and transparency. The quote I received did not match the online price, and the initial price shared was MSRP, not the actual Selling Price—a $500 difference (see photos). My communication was primarily via email and text. I later spoke with Dana Clemans, the Sales Manager, who claimed the $500 savings was already included. However, the numbers did not add up and the quote was misleading, as not all figures were clearly shown. To move forward, I agreed to the deal if all-weather floor mats were included free (about $300), which Dana accepted. Things became questionable when discussing financing. With a $1,000 dealer incentive, I was quoted 7.5% APR for 48 months—about 1% higher than other dealerships. Without the dealer cash incentive, I was told rates were 5.5% for 48 months and 6.5% for 60 months, despite Hyundai’s promotion at the time (Jan 3, 2026) being 3.99% for 60 months. I was upfront that I needed the 3.99% rate to proceed, and when told it wasn’t possible, I declined. Later that same day, Dana The sales manager left a voicemail (feel free to listen). Dana said, "I have the only one in that grey-on-grey color in the state. I received a dealer trade... of course I'm not going to give it up. Call me back if you want my car", implying I should call back if I wanted “his car.” This approach felt unprofessional and borderline threatening. I ultimately purchased the same gray-on-gray vehicle from another dealer, who sourced it out of state at no cost and offered 3.99% APR plus $1,500 in savings. I do not recommend Rosen. If you shop there, double-check the math and be sure to compare pricing and promotions elsewhere.”
