“Few things in regards to their service here. Took my car here for an oil change and at the end the service guy asked for a 5 stars review, anytime someone ASK for a high rating, I’ll give you no reviews/ratings or you get the lowest even when everything went well. Took my car here another time for an oil change and they forgot to tighten my oil drain bolt. So then I was leaking oil all the way until almost the next oil change interval. My oil level was below the “low” dot when I realize it was my car that was leaving oil puddles all over my drive way. Didnt learn my lesson and took my car back for a check engine light diagnose. Took them one whole week to even touch the car, I went one week without a car. When they did try to diagnose, i was told there was too much gas in the tank and they would have to drive it around until the desire gas level in order to do a smoke test. Pretty much to get the gas to drain down half way. I ask if there was any way the can siphone the gas and the service guy was being very condescending about it saying “ oh yeah, removing the gas tank and fuel pump, yeah we’re looking at thousands of dollars”. Like really, why the attitude? So then I realize, let me just go get my car back because its probably going to take them another week just to get my gas down to their desire level to make a diagnose. And what were they going to do? Have everyone just take turn taking my car out for lunch? No thank you. So lesson learned, Take your car to another more competent dealer for service.”

“I had a few too many bad experiences with the service department at Rosen Hyundai Greenfield.
Last January I made an appointment for my Tucson after a fender bender. I arrived for my appointment only for the technician to tell me they don’t do body work. Why was this not communicated when I set up my appointment?
In October I had my tires rotated. I have wheel locks and the key was in my Tucson in the glove box. At the appointment I was informed by the technicians I should replace my tires. Fast forward to last week, at Costco I had an appointment to replace my tires, but the key to the wheel locks is no longer in the glove box. Called Rosen to see if they had my key or a master key. No one would could answer and was told someone would call me back and to schedule an appointment. No one ever called me back. Also, Costco told me my tires still had about half their life.
Rosen pushes so hard for feedback after appointments, to a point that it feels spammy. Well I’m finally giving feedback that this is not a well run business and you should go to Amato in Glendale instead. They are great and have been super helpful and responsive.

“My experience at Rosen Hyundai was nothing short of stellar. From start to finish, it was clear this dealership knows how to make customers feel valued. Nadalie, a new sales associate for Hyundai, was on top of her game—she went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. What really stood out, though, was how she never pressured me into a sale. Honestly, it was a refreshing change of pace!
The Sales Manager, Dana, was equally fantastic. He patiently worked with me to make sure the numbers lined up with my expectations for both my trade-in and monthly payment. In fact, the Finance team even made sure my payment stayed within my budget—down to the last 35 cents! Now that’s attention to detail.
I wholeheartedly recommend Rosen Hyundai on 27th Street in Greenfield. If you're looking for a smooth, no-pressure car-buying experience, ask for Nadalie Clemens. Trust me, she’s the BEST!”

One of the best car buying experiences I've had. I usually hate buying cars due to all the BS and tedium. This was very smooth and they gave me a great deal on a hybrid elantra.”
