“Took my car in for a service that I wasn't interested in doing/learning myself (transmission drain/fill). They did it professionally and in reasonable amount of time. You will be paying dealership rates, but the job will be done right. Had Vito as my service rep, did a great job, would be happy to work with him again. They did a multi-point inspection that was very in-depth. Even provided a link w/ interactive data about each inspection point and a video showing status under the vehicle. I found this all pretty impressive. I came in for just the one service, but, of course they offered maintenance on every other issue they noted. I was unwilling to pay the dealership labor rates for things I could do myself so turned them all down, but I found the inspection checklist very helpful as a guide for things I ought to take care of. As an example of the markup you may expect - their fee for replacing air and cabin filter would have come out to $140. I picked up both parts and installed them myself in 10min for $30 (given, they hopefully were using higher quality parts). Since they took both of those filters out and took a picture of their poor quality, I thought they could have at least knocked the dead wasp out of it. As far as dealerships go, the rates are reasonable, you can feel confident they're doing the job right, and they appear to be very thorough with their work. I plan on going back for maintenance I cannot do myself.”
