I worked with Brenda in sales and Mike in finance and it was the quickest, easiest car purchase I’ve experienced. They were very helpful in finding me something that worked for me in both the vehicle (Buick Encore) and financing options. Also very lovely people in general. Definitely recommend village auto. Thanks again for the smooth process!

Purchased a 2017 Ford Explorer could not complain about the price. It was a fair and honest price. With stress free financing There were a couple suspension issues after I had bought the vehicle and the mechanic was nice enough to cover labor and cost to satisfy my needs as a customer. Big shout out to Clayt. Would recommend this place to anybody looking to get into a used reliable vehicle

Just picked up my 2016 Jeep Wrangler, with a plow from Village Auto in Green Bay—-couldn’t have gone smoother! The price was right, and everyone there was awesome to work with. Super easy, no stress , just a really good experience all around. If you’re looking for a vehicle, definitely give them a shot!

Purchased a 2017 GMC Yukon this year back in February. Originally said no to the extended warranty they offered since I didn’t think it covered a transmission. But they ASSURED me it would cover transmission costs if tranny were to go out. So I went back within 30 days of my purchase with cash to add the extended warranty. I did get the Powertrain Elite extended warranty which should have covered me for 4 years OR 75,000 miles. I maintained all oil changes needed and everything else that was necessary since my purchase. I even saved receipts and records as proof. Well after driving 19,000 miles my transmission started slipping bad when I was on an out of state trip. I called them thinking I needed to get my Yukon back to them. They told me no, I didn’t have to bring back to WI. They again ASSURED me I’d have no issues with my warranty and could take anywhere in the nation. I then flat-bedded my Yukon 7 hours further away to a dealership in ND where they confirmed I needed a new tranny as they found metal in my tranny pan. My warranty claim was denied due to Village Auto not being able to prove my Yukon had a transmission flush done at 50,000 miles. I purchased Yukon at 155,000 miles. So instead of paying a $100 deductible, I ended up paying the full $7,800 out of pocket so I could get back to WI as that’s where I live. Village Auto was rude all around and denied helping me in any way for 3 weeks until I told them I was having the dealership in ND proceed to fix my transmission as I had no other choice. Village Auto sold me a VOIDED WARRANTY. According to the insurance inspector any warranty on my Yukon would have been voided at 50,000 miles. If still choosing to purchase your vehicle from this dealership make sure they have proof of ALL maintenance on your vehicle BEFORE you purchase an extended warranty with them. Numerous times the manager there told me they don’t have to keep track of maintenance records from previous owners when they buy and resell a vehicle. Do not recommend this dealership.
