“We were working with someone a few weeks ago during their promotion for 4,000 over blue book. The day we were there they were very helpful and worked with us. After we could not make anything work within our budget that day the finance guy said they were getting in a expedition that would fall within our budget and to give him a few days and he will call and let us know. We waited… no call. We really wanted that car so we called left voicemail no one got back to us for 2 days and it was at 7:30 at night. The guy we spoke with took all the info about how much we wanted to put down and the car we wanted. He said he would get back to us the next day with some numbers and see if it worked for us or not. We waited all day no call. We called the next day no one answered so we left a voicemail… no call back. Waited a few days left another voicemail with the finance guy waited another few days no call back again. We tried one more time same thing. We ended up going to a different dealership to get a vehicle. We were not worth their time apparently because it’s been two weeks now with no call back to this day. Unless you go in person don’t waste your time they are horrible with communication.”

“I want to say that my experience from this dealership has been excellent. I just purchased my car from them last week. The whole staff has been very fast, friendly, accommodating and all worked together as a team to get me approved for the best deal possible. Thank you to Roberto, Victor, Tim and anyone else I forgot that worked on my deal. The whole team is wonderful. The process was very smooth and quick. I wasn’t in the dealership for hours and hours . I test drove several vehicles before deciding on one to move forward with. They don’t work off commission based so everyone really helped and worked as a team to get me what I wanted at the price and payments I needed. They even helped me get gap insurance added and still kept my payments within my budget. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured into anything. It really was my best experience ever purchasing a vehicle. I’m very happy and will go back in the future.”

“Great buying experience. I was in a bad situation where someone t-boned me and was waiting to hear whether my truck was totaled or not. Finding the truck you want in this market can be difficult but these guys allowed me to put down a refundable deposit until I got the news on my vehicle. Once we got the word the vehicle was totaled Adam and the rest of the team made the purchase process as easy as I've ever had. I can't recommend this dealership enough!”

“We found this Silver Transit 350 XLT Passenger Van online and traveled from Littleton to Greeley to see it. A thevan was in perfect shape except for the the turbo charger replacement. It passed the 32 point inspection. We ran into Alex on the way in the door to see the van and he guided the sale to closing and delivery to Littleton. Jeremy handled the closing and we drove home to wait for delivery. Yes they deliver.”

“Ken Garff Ford Greeley is a great Dealership to work with. The whole team went the extra mile for me with my 2026 ford Explorer Tremor. From Nicholas our salesman to Anthony the sales Manager, to the finance manager that got us approved with a great credit union at a great interest. They also took care of me with extended warranty, GAP insurance and interior protection. All with in my budget. I told them what monthly payment I wanted and they stayed with in that number. I had never been to a dealership with such a great team and great ethical customer service. Thank you. I will definitely be going back for any future vehicle purchases.”
