“They wasted my time. Wasted.
Apparently I'm not "whatever" enough to qualify to pay cash for a stupid truck.
The owner decided I didn't have money. This was AFTER he attempted to get me to reveal how I make my money investing. LOL!! I make money because I'm good at everything. This is something you WILL NEVER UNDERSTAND little boy.
They gave me the run around for God knows how long. It seemed like forever. FOREVER AND EVER. I just sat and sat. I stood. I walked. I walked again.
Note: I call this the "pretty woman" move, because it's from the movie Pretty Woman with Julia Roberts.
Dear Small Minded Owner,
Keep your crap truck. I'll get a bigger one. And don't worry about my finances... you should worry about yours. I have enough to purchase 20 of those trucks without blinking an eye. I WAS HONEST WITH YOU. I WAS HONEST.
You messed up big time. Big time!
Too bad your sales person will miss out on a sale due to your ego.

“(New review) not sure how to make a new one will just let me edit. So this is for car sales team. So want to start with Israel. Was amazing from first call. Very transparent and answered every question. Was willing to go to bat for me. Held on to truck for me while i talked with family over details of purchase. Answered all my 1000 questions and never gave me a hard time. Would also like to give a thank you to Matt Brenden finance team. They worked some miracles for me to make this deal happen. Got me the best rate i have been offered and made sure all details of deal i requested got met. Buying a car is never fun but this was probably the best experience i have had and will be back in a few months for daughter. JOB WELL DONE TEAM.
So I left a not great review after some communication issues which was resolved amazingly by management. I did not let this detour me from another trip and they more than made up for it. My tech Dillon and rep Elisha went above and beyond. Not sure if they had the info from last visit but this was an amazing experience more on expectation of what I usually get. So just want to say great job and way to keep a costumer. Thank you”

“Unacceptable Experience – Poor Ethics and Customer Service
My experience with Greeley Auto has been unacceptable from the moment I drove off the lot. While the initial sale seemed smooth, there were clear red flags that I regret overlooking. Since then, the dealership has demonstrated a disturbing lack of integrity and customer care.
After having the car for 4 days, my vehicle was returned from a dealership-arranged detailing with a panel missing and over 200 additional miles added to my lease. To date, I’ve received no update or resolution regarding the missing part, despite multiple attempts to follow up.
What’s worse, the salesperson, Edgar, has repeatedly harassed me to complete a “perfect 10” survey—explicitly linking his bonus to my response—even going so far as to imply that resolving my issue depended on it. This kind of manipulation is completely unethical and made an already frustrating situation feel even more exploitative.
To add to the poor experience, the dealership failed to provide the promised home charger when we leased the car and said it would be in that Monday. I had to chase down updates myself after giving two days of grace, as Edgar ignored to follow up that Monday and failed to communicate.
It’s clear this dealership prioritizes sales numbers and employee bonuses over basic honesty, follow-through, and customer satisfaction. I’ve owned the car for two weeks and have yet to enjoy it because of the negligence and unprofessional behavior I’ve encountered.
I will never return to Greeley Auto and strongly advise others to stay away.”
