“Pretty happy with our experience at City Chevy in Grayslake. My son just graduated college and was getting his 1st car to get him to and from his new job. We found a similar vehicle at another dealer up by us in Wisconsin but missed it by an hour as someone put money down on it. Did some searching and found the one at City with considerably lower gas mileage. It was definitely meant to be. We worked with Tyrese and I can't say enough about him. He was an absolute pleasure. He was communicative, fun, entertaining, well mannered, knowledgeable and made our purchase a joy. During our test drive, he even let us drive to grandma's house close by so she could see too. The only thing I would change is allowing purchasers to test drive alone without a sales associate as most dealerships do. This allows buyers to focus on the vehicle comfortably and look more closely at it without being distracted, maintaining conversation or being a passenger while the associate drives for part of it. Otherwise Tyrese worked well in getting our purchase price where we wanted to be. City even offered us some food off the grill...yes fresh cooked right there. City is a huge improvement to the old Rockenbach that used to be in this location. I highly recommend Tyrese and all the folks that work at City. I won't hesitate to do business with them again.”
