“From my initial contact with Park Place concerning a used vehicle they had for sale, to the final handing over the keys, it was a pretty good experience! The vehicle I wanted to buy(and did), had a few cosmetic issues but nothing serious considering it was 5 years old and had 84K miles on it. These issues were the reason the Price was almost $2.5K BELOW retail on it, and with me recently being "credit challenged", they were able to get me financed and a better rate than I thought I was going to have to deal with. The monthly payment was right on my budget, and I've been very happy with my new-to-me vehicle, a 2020 Ford Explorer Platinum 4x4. The paperwork took longer than I expected considering my salesman told me he had "everything together and ready to sign when I got there" which he did NOT! Still in all, 3 hours ain't a bad day at a car dealer when your credit was like mine, which is better now, and what they had to work with on my trade in. I would recommend shopping here if they have something you want, I can't see them NOT being able to help you out!!!”
