Good experience. Note you guys gave me a loaner car. After we returned it, we noticed my wife's purse was missing. I called the dealership at 1:45 right before closing. Brent answered and had someone go check to see if my wife had left the purse in the loaner. He called be back 10 minutes later to let me know they had checked and the purse was not in the loaner car. Great customer service on Brent's part!! He gets a 10 out of 10 in my book!!!

Todd was amazing, very knowledgeable! I was short on time and needed to make the process quick and easy! Freeman did just that, very fair offer on trade, I got just the vehicle I wanted at a great price! Financing was super fast, and I got my keys, Todd did a thorough explanation of the truck and I was on my way! Definitely doing business with this dealer again!

So dissatisfied! We bought a GMC Denali in March. Less than 24hrs after getting the car home, we had rain pouring in from interior lights, seatbelts mounts, basically anywhere it could get in. They took the car back and after a month of several no call backs they sent the car back saying they couldn’t find anything wrong. Within two days the car flooded again from outside rain. It took around two months to finally get it back and find that the moonroof was damaged causing this. Then after two days of having my car back the engine went out. They said they would make it right and switched it to another one they said was a newer model and great condition. After receiving and inspecting the vehicle, we found several dents and scratches, a sunroof screen that wasn’t factory, a damaged wheel and crushed front skid plate. Very disappointed in service and that a certified dealership would sale cars at these prices in this condition. Also, disappointed that it takes days to return calls from them at times or no call back. This is June and we just got my first car back yesterday with a new engine and praying no other problems happen. They could only give me my original car or money back. I will say I am grateful for service manager Mike McGee taking over the job for the moonroof personally and making it right and our sales guy Mike for trying his best to help and was great at replying back but he was limited on what he could do.

Great experience buying my vehicle! They are family owned and went above and beyond to get the pricing I needed. Got into an awesome gmc terrain. Highly recommend them with purchasing your next vehicle. Very transparent employees and have such a great team!
