“I'm just going to say this. So far 32 days in with my truck I'm not a happy camper and if things don't change I will tell my story I get home late after doing all the paper work didn't get to play with my new truck next morning go out to check my truck out back it up oil on the floor so I check the dip stick nothing no oil I call the dealer ship tell them what's going on the sale person Dena tells me I need to talk to a manger when I tell him he said I did it make that make since then I had to call time and time again to get my tags they are suppose to pay my trade in off I get a call today from allsouth telling me that they said the check would be there today it wasn't so to save my credit I had to make a payment on a car that's in Chrysler Dodge parking lot for over 40 days yeah y'all run down there and get you a car or a truck I hope they don't treat you like they have treated me they did nothing when I called him about the oil they did nothing oh yeah the manager said he would get right back to me three and a half late hours later I had to call him back then he tells me I can't get a record today it'll be Monday this is the kind of people that are working at Chrysler miracle Dodge in Aiken I highly recommend nobody buy a car from this company cuz if they treat me like this imagine what they do to you Mike is the manager he refuses to call me Dana I don't know her last name was my salesperson I went there to legit by a truck when I seen the truck that she brought around I was impressed nice truck until I get home and seen where the service department left the oil filter loose on the truck after the sales lady told me twice and my wife that she got the truck out of the service department and this company has done nothing to help me refuses to call me refuses to pay the other car off that I traded in and I'm just about had enough of it if I was to do something like this to a car it wouldn't be at some place that I would drive an hour to get it so I could just damage it makes no sense their service department is responsible for leaving the oil filter off and they have done nothing I mean nothing nothing at all to help me I've tried to call the service department left my name and number they refused to call you can't get through to anybody when you call oh whenever I was going there the first time I got call after call after text after text are you coming or you coming or are you sure you're coming we'll be here waiting on you are you coming or you coming now that I've got the truck I can't get in touch with nobody to help me run down there and get you some that's all I got to say”

“After having a horrible experience at my local dodge dealer, I made the hour trip to Miracle Dodge and it has been the best decision ever. They have worked with me on a few issues with my jeep, and while I know they are quite busy, they’ve kept me informed the whole way. Kyle and the other 2 gentlemen in the service office were very knowledgeable and helped explain what was going on with my vehicle. Would highly recommend!”

“If you’re planning on doing business with this dealership be warned they are the biggest crooks in the business, especially their service department. We took our Jeep in for a coolant issue, was told by Jay it was only a loose radiator cap, they also checked the compression on the engine (unauthorized) Jay said it was all good. This was on Friday at 4:27 pm, my daughter was at the dealership Monday at 9:00 am to pick up her Jeep and was presented with a $1,287 bill for changing plugs and diagnostics. We never authorized these repairs and spoke to Barry the service manager. He told me he was sending it to corporate for a refund. I called back 2 days later and spoke to Barry for an update on the refund only to be told they would not be participating in any refund so we are heading to a legal battle for unauthorized work on this vehicle.”

“I recently purchased a Pacifica from another dealer that unfortunately did not come with lug nut keys. After calling around to several dealerships in the greater Augusta GA area, I was met with either rudeness or long wait times. When I reached out to Miracle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Aiken, Jay in the service department was the complete opposite. He was empathetic, understood the urgency, and immediately got my vehicle in so the tires could be properly accessible.
While working on my vehicle, Jay also tested my battery, found it was nearly dead, and replaced it on the spot. His bias for action, attention to detail, and amazing customer obsession made the longer drive more than worth it. Everything was taken care of quickly and thoroughly, and I left feeling confident in the service my vehicle received.
Thanks to Jay and the entire team for making this such a positive experience. I will continue to get my Chrysler serviced here in the future and look forward to returning.”

“My experience was horrible. I took my truck up there to get an oil change, tire rotation and they owed me a car wash. After the regular service they took my truck around to get washed and crashed it into something while pulling in the bay.
Then they offered me a loaner vehicle that wasn’t equivalent or size to my truck. I spoke with the GM Rodney Melton who started off nice and respectable when talking about some type of compensation. They got me a truck from the enterprise that wasn’t equivalent to the size of my truck. As time went by Rodney Melton didn’t care and wasn’t giving updates on how the repairs was going. The lady from Kendrick’s paint and body was nothing but helpful on giving me updates on my truck which she didn’t have to do. I would call the GM Rodney Melton every week for an update or what my compensation would be for my truck and he never had a direct answer. So as time went by and after having my truck for 3-4 weeks at the time with no real updates from dodge, I asked the GM Rodney Melton for a name and number for someone higher than him or corporate. He tells me that he’s not giving me that information and he’ll call them himself. This was all on the phone. So I went up there after that conversation and asked for that information again and his answer was the same. When he seen I wasn’t leaving until I got that information he decides to call the police on me and say I was acting irate. Which was all a lie and I definitely have the recordings to prove it. I finally was back in my truck after 5 1/2 weeks! This was the worse experience and inconvenience me for 5 1/2 weeks.”
