“I don’t normally leave reviews but Nico was the best!! Made my experience a lot better answered all the questions we had. He did not pressure me into anything I didn’t want and he was very understanding when I told him I wanted to continue looking at other car dealerships. He gave me tips to look for when I go to the other dealerships. After I left and went somewhere else I had a really bad experience so at the end of my car shopping I went back to Motors mall and decided to buy the car with Nico. He made my first car buying experience a great experience. I will definitely recommend him to anyone in the future and I plan on coming back!! I appreciated all his help!”

“Dan the salesman was great. When we took delivery of a Jeep thought it was wonderful since Dan made sure that all of our concerns were address. Drove it home and all of a sudden our phones indicate that we had an airtag was attached. After going thru our whole car we found it under the carpet between the frame of the car. It was not in there the night before since we drove it. So it was put in there today. I do agree that most people there would not do this but the person who detailed our car seemed very suspect. I definitely would refer them to anyone just look over your car. Now a month into this jeep the coils go. I called them to pay my deductible since they knew something was wrong with it. That's why the pushed it so had. All they sell is junk and lemons. I had to get suck without a car and they will do nothing. We took the jeep back numerous times and their service manager said it was us. Obviously it wasn't us. The jeep had issues. Never buy from them. They treat you like crap and tell you to report them for the lemon law. I also will make sure to file a complaint with Capital One: this definitely is not the type of business that they would want to be know to deal with. I am contacting an attorney so I hope everyone else that has dealt with these rude people does as well. To the response this fraudulent dealership gave. It's not just about the deductible. Its their customer service and the lack of professionalism. The manager and service manager are working together to to steal from every customer they can. All you need to do is read these reviews. I have NEVER been treated so bad in my life from a car dealership and will spread the word for people to know. They are worthless.”

“Don’t buy used cars here. The salesman Jose may be nice and try to sell you the car but they have no idea what they are selling. These vehicles need work and their mechanic workers are very rude and don’t really “fix” the issue. I bought a car here 2yrs ago and since I have put in nearly $3000 more into it than expected. Mind you the car “had no issues” but a month later my check engine light was on. Then 4 months later my car began smoking and since I have kept having problems. I will not recommend this place. I beg you don’t buy cars from here.”
