“I had to call quite a few times, and then finally I had a warning on my car to get it in to the dealership. My first was to replace the brake light and I never got a call back was told the part was on order but never was told when it came in or when they could schedule me. Finally, when my park brake developed a limited function I had to bring it in and I finally got the service, but it took forever months. I used to go to the dealership when it was a previous owner and the customer service was exceptional Work performed was always done well never had a complaint. But with this new takeover it is Off. They’ve gone through many service people and I am leery of purchasing a Lincoln in my area after that.”
