“I went to see a car they had posted on Facebook and I had a great experience with them. I bought the car. Definitely will be buying from them again.
They also have mobile service , I tried it and will continue to use that service also. The tech was on time, very polite, he knew what he was doing and made sure everything was clean before he left. Definitely recommend the mobile service to everyone”

He ended up finding me exactly what I needed in a vehicle and payments. He was one of the Best salesman I've ever worked with!! We highly recommend him!! He was alot of fun too!!”

“Wyatt Thomas was exceptional! I found a truck I liked online but it was 2 1/2 hours away at another LaFontaine dealership. I talked to Wyatt and he found a way to get it to Grand Rapids so I could take it for a test drive. Truck was everything I was looking for at a fair price. I purchased the truck! Everything about the sale and paperwork went as expected. There was only one key so I asked Wyatt if he could get me another key and he made it happen! Overall experience was very good and Wyatt went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything. Thank you Wyatt and LaFontaine Ford of Grand Rapids!”

“I thought this dealership was really good. I was wrong everything I saw about this place. I was wrong. I’m sorry they got me a vehicle rental. I washed it. They never filled up the gas. My car was in the shop, but the worst part of this I’ve been getting the third vehicle from this place a rental. It’s always dirty. There’s always scratches well this time. They went too far. Yes I had a couple scratches, but the rest of the scratches was on them. They were accusing me for all the damage inside the bed of the truck f150 2025 Four-door they did decided to holding my vehicle hostage when I’m trying to say is, I’m losing my business because of this I’m working I’m not making enough money Worker for a landscaping company I’m barely trying to make it Lost my place and it keeps adding on I make my living out of my vehicle. I do roadside assistance. I have a business. Gonna lose it I’m bout to lose my car so I’m pretty much to the point. They’re the blame for this The for headquarters. This and they didn’t know what to do. They want me to take this matter I paid $274. I asked for a receipt they never give me a receipt. Secondly, they sent me a text the balance they say over $1000 and then on top of it they told me to pay 250 or send him money through Apple Pay or bring cash or have someone bring it in if I’m not gonna come in I’m barely struggling. I’m barely freaking out. I almost went to Pine rest or mental hospital many times because I don’t have enough money to support myself because what the dealership did to me it was wrong. I helped out other companies like post services and stuff, but that doesn’t matter now I talk to my bank. My bank said they never heard anything like this before never in their lifetime, a dealership holding a vehicle because of the A rental this is the first time of my life what I will never rent a vehicle again or bring my car or any type of vehicle from this dealership Again, it’s bad enough other people were trying to let me lend their vehicle to me because they’re really angry at this dealership everybody my own Knows about this place. It’s other customers was here. Had their vehicle ceased hold hostage, and somehow I have a friend unknown name. I cannot say thanks it is a good idea to sue this place. And shut them down it’s not about money anymore. It’s about everybody else falling in the trap if they want to do better. Written vehicles now on wash your vehicles check for scratches. Make sure the tank is full. Customer cause this what happens I’m very hurt. I don’t know how to get my car back anymore my Company my place. Because of this, thanks to LaFontaine ford Grand Rapids Michigan thanks for hurting me. I guess you end up keeping my car, but you will be answering to my bank. Thanks for nothing”
