“Service department is terrible at telling you an estimated time. Wait a week for parts. Was told its going to be another week. All because the tech broke a sensor. I have to pay for an entire converter. Called around found a oem part. Said I would buy it to have them install. They said they cant do it. I found the part in a day. Here it is week 3 and they said its going to be another week.”

“I was having issues with my high beams not working so stopped in around 3:30pm not expecting to get it looked at and fixed same day. I Was thinking it was a setting I wasn't doing right, Stephanie came right out and determined there was an issue and got me right in. This is a brand new company truck and the company that up fitted all the emergency lights had left something unplugged. I was in and out in less than 40 minutes THANK YOU so much!!!”

“Would not return went in for oil change and maintenance check. showed everything was 100% but the windshield wiper was falling apart. Even though the inspection stated checked in good condition. Asked at that time for them to check the transmission was told it was fine. 2 weeks when back in because of the same issue and was informed I needed new transmission. My warrantee coverage thank God covered it but after they had the vehicle a week. I picked up the vehicle with the new transmission. Not 6 hr later the vehicle still was not fixed. When I spoke to them Was informed I would have to wait 2 weeks to get back in to look at and now they will not take my warrantee coverage.”

“I just purchase my 2024 RAM 2500. I am extremely happy with the vehicle and better yet, the experience I had working with Dylan Hall and John Phillips the General manager. I have worked with John on many different occasions now. He has always helped me out and has always done what’s best for me. He definitely goes above and beyond.
As far as Dylan, this was my first time working with him, I enjoyed working with him right from the start. He is very knowledgeable and knows his vehicles. He is also not afraid to ask if there is something he doesn’t know. He pointed me in the direction I went, as I had a few ideas and a few options. I went in that day just to “LOOK” at vehicles. I told him the price point I wanted and what I was willing to pay for a specific vehicle. He matched my needs. As well as matched the appropriate vehicle. If I need another new vehicle in the future, I would definitely work with Dylan. Thank you both for a wonderful experience and a great truck!”
