“I have always been happy with my experiences with Red Rock Honda. I received the write up on my Honda and paid for a filter replacement. When I went to my car, the glove compartment was left opened. There was a plastic part laying on the dash. I went inside and showed the service attendant, and he immediately knew that a part that needs to be put back on my car. The mechanic came to my car, thinking the part just wasn’t put back. He then realized that the new filter had not been replaced. That just shows me how simple it was to replace the filter, and my husband could’ve done it himself. Not much work labor doing this task.”
