“Took vehicle in for an oil change. Had an appointment and upon arrival was told they were running behind and how long wait would be. I choose to hang out in their lounge area which is very nice. It is clean with small tables/chairs on outside perimeters and comfy sectional sofa on inside area. Add to that a large screen tv with complimentary water and coffee. My wait was less than what was estimated and oil change included rotation of tires and air pressure check, tire wear check. I am a female and any questions I ask about how things work on my Jeep are answered with detailed, easy to understand explanations. My wait time was reasonable and customer service superb!!!”

I had some body work done on my 2013 Corolla here and Ty (who works at the Toyota dealership) and Priscilla were both very helpful. Priscilla and Ty both went above and beyond normal professionalism into really great service. If I could give 6 our of 5 stars I would. I really recommend this shop for auto body work. “This error in a major repair was catastrophic and even after detailing the vehicle, there are still water stains. Diluted and borderline communication worthy of considered lying. Have had nothing but absolutely awful experiences with this dealership and plan never to use them again. This is just one of many negative examples I can provide. 5 thumbs down.”
