“Don’t go here if you actually care about the quality of your car past what you see in the pictures. We found so many things wrong on the car that we went to go check out that they tried to cover up or just make pretty. They put cheap Mako paint jobs on not just the car I was looking at, but almost all of their cars (our sales lady told us.) Mako paint jobs not only don’t last very long and there is no clear coat (it’s an all in one deal), but at least the paint jobs they did on the one we saw was terrible. The rubber on the trim around the windows was dry rotting. When we mentioned it to our sales lady, she sent it to the owner and she asked for us to show her because he said “we can probably just paint over it.” After showing that this is something that we would have to replace, we explained that we already found the parts and it would be over $400 just for the parts, let alone putting them on. We were offered a $200 discount because that was “their price to fix it.” Their version of “fixing” it is probably just running a line of caulk along the line of the rubber to make it look good. Either that or just cutting the rubber off. There were a handful of other small imperfections that you could tell they were trying to hide. It’s really a shame because I loved that van and how it drove, but I can’t buy a car that is going to have the paint chipping in a year and a half and then have to spend an extra $200 on the trim. Make sure to pay very close attention to what you’re getting here. You can tell a lot of people that are leaving these reviews probably haven’t. I’m sure they’ll try to “paint over” this review with some more crappy paint but I hope that it saves at least a couple people from having to drive over an hour to go see a car that wasn’t what it seemed.”

“I bought a 2012 Honda Pilot from this Cash for Cars a year ago, and it has held up great! I wanted to wait a few months before leaving a review and then time got away from me. But, after 12 months, all Ive had to do on this car is regular oil changes. Great care, great dealership, great, honest folks. Extremely hard to find all of those together at a modern used car place. I felt treated like an actual person at Cash for Cars in Graham, not just a wallet. The sales women were great to work with. Very communicative and to the point, didn't give me the usual run around I had had at all the other used car places I visited. They didn't try to pressure me or use any typical used car salesmen tactics. It was a breath of fresh air after months of going to different dealerships and being made to spend an hour+ on some stupid rigamarole when I could have just spent 10 minutes discovering this was not the car for me. I really can't express how relieving it was working with these folks! They let me take the care to my mechanic for a pre-sale inspection before we even got down to talking, which was nice. Personally, I wasn't going to spend any time talking about a car that my mechanic told me not to buy, so it was great that they didn't make me spend an hour talking before I was able to take it to him. They also heard me out on what my mechanic said and didn't disregard it. The manager checked for himself to verify and then worked with me on what we could do about it, which is honestly so above and beyond what most used car places will do. I will add that I did a lot of homework in my search, and the car I bought had full Carfax records. I saw all the maintenance history I needed to see to justify a purchase. If you don't see that on the car you're trying to buy, it's on you. Not the dealership! Too many people buy an older car without looking at the maintenance history, only to find out that in 5000 miles it will need an expensive part replacement (which is normal), and then blame it on the dealership. 10/10 recommend this place for anyone looking for a reasonably priced used vehicle. They're great, they treated me with respect, honesty, and fairness. A world apart from the other places I went to that made me want to rip my hair out and wasted my time. I tell all my friends to go here if they're looking for a used car, and you should too!”

“I guess it depends on the day and how bad they want to get rid of certain vehicles because only about six months after I got my jeep from them the transmission had to be replaced. And now I have not even had this vehicle for a good two years yet, and I am back on the market for another car Because this car has put me down yet again. I don’t know how much testing or maintenance is being done to these used cars, but a person should not have to be searching for another car only after a year and some change so I wish these cars were as nice as the selling pitch to get you to buy them because I am very dissatisfied yet again! So I hope no one has had to go through what I am going through in such a short span of time but please just make sure the components under the hood are in good condition, long enough to keep your car for more than a year because I honestly was sold a junk car because the proof is in the money that I have spent since I purchased it and now having to purchase another vehicle! Just wanted to share my experience because this has stress and is stressing me out!”
