“This is the worst place for servicing your car. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. They could literally care less whether they inconvenience your day or not. I purchased my Jeep here under warranty, and within 5 minutes of driving my new vehicle off the lot, we had to bring it back. The entire 4X4 axel needed to be replaced. They knew this car had an issue, and they sold it to us anyway. Then they wanted to argue about whether they had a rental car or not for us. They convinced an employee who was driving the rental car around to let us use it. It took them 2 weeks to fix the issue (longer than the time they quoted us to keep the car). We then went to get the oil serviced, and the informed us we needed to replace the head gasket. They said they’d call us once the part was in, but never did we hear from them. Two months later, we had to track down the part and remind them that our car needs to be seen. We made an appointment for this service, and the said they’d have our car done by the end of the day. NOPE! The next day we had to call to see what was going on. They said it was ready to be picked up, and the first thing I noticed was the engine light on. Every single time they touch my car something else goes wrong. I didn’t even mention the crusty 2015 van they wanted to try and send us home with in place of my new Jeep. When they tried keeping my Jeep another night, I said forget it. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.”
