“The only complaint I have with you guys is your service advisers need to communicate better . I scheduled my appt Monday for today 11/26. If something wasn’t available it would have been nice to have a phone call from someone . My appt was for 8…. I just so happened to text at 1 to check On the status because I hadn’t heard from anyone. I was then told it was coming in from another dealership and it will be ready at 530…. If that was the case I’d of brought my car in later today, and not scheduled an appt for 8. Don’t get me wrong I have a relative that is a service adviser and I get the whole if someone’s waiting for their car they come first then the ones that leave just come drop they’re car off , I get it. but I wasn’t told any of this.. I wasn’t told we’ll get to you later, I wasn’t told we’re gonna work on your car later on in the day , or we have vehicles in front of you. I was going off my appointment at 8am.But until I texted at 1, did y'all then just realize you didn’t have the part at your dealership ? I was at least one of the first 5 people to bring my car early this morning and a job that was supposed to take 3 maybe 3.5 hours , I was one of the last people picking up my car at 5:30 when the service dept was closing. So yall had my car from 8-5.. if that was the case I’d of brought it later in the day you know ?I couldn’t stay cause along like everyone else , I have to go to work . I haven’t ever had problems bringing my car in at millerville but since yall are closer I wanted to give yall a chance. But your service advisers have to learn some communication skills 🤷🏽‍♀️. No one mentioned or called to tell me the part  isn’t there this morning .i mean heck I’d rather yall say we have other cars ahead of you, but until I checked in… I heard nothing . I also called to speak to a service manager but never heard back from him . The lady I dropped my car off with , and picked up my car with wasn’t rude , and I get it’s thanksgiving eve, but , service and communication sucked .”

“Purchased a 2024 Honda Civic Sport from Ascension Honda on Saturday and the experience was wonderful. Ousseynou answered all my questions, was super patient, and truly made the whole process amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better salesman to guide me through my first time buying a car. “I just wanted to take a second and HIGHLY recommend OJ at Ascension Honda... He made the car buying process absolutely painless! From the moment we walked in the door til when we left (an hour and 20 mins til complete and driving off) he was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and just plain excited to help us purchase a vehicle. He easily could have written us off showing up on a Wednesday evening not too long before closing but he made sure we were welcomed and felt comfortable with the whole process. Everyone was welcoming and helpful all the way down to the finance team and management. If you are in the market, go give OJ Turner a shot at Ascension Honda!!!”

“Lacy and everyone I talked to at Ascension Honda were AMAZING!! Being in Lake Charles, I was quite anxious about possibly purchasing. The team not only gave me EVERYTHING I asked for (Carfax, detail work up from the dealer itself) they gave me the deal I needed AND delivered the car to me!! They answered every question I had without hesitation and reassured me at every turn. Lacy and team were absolutely wonderful to work with!! This was the best car buying experience I’ve had to date and would not hesitate to buy from them again. Thank you!!”
