I had a great purchasing experience at Subaru Golden with the entire team led by my sales associate David Poole. They really helped me decide what model and features were best for my needs and made it easy for me when it came time to discuss pricing. They helped me focus on what was most important to me and made adjustments where necessary. In the end, I felt like I got a good deal and was carefully walked through the process and all of the features of the car. I would highly recommend them to others!

Horrible customer service. Buyer Beware. My father purchased two vehicles from this dealership in person for me as an out of state customer. Despite the face to face transaction, once the money changed hands, communication vanished. We were told the vehicles would be shipped the following week. That did not happen, and getting updates from the salesperson, Cornelius, was impossible because he simply stopped returning calls and messages. When the vehicles finally arrived, neither title was delivered within the 30 day window. One title arrived a few days later. I finally reached Peggy in the title department. Peggy told me they did not even have the title in their possession. She stated she did not know they needed a dealer title, which is a massive legal red flag for any car dealer. I followed up with Wes about this situation, but received no additional information about the title. There was no follow-up about the title; I continued to try to get updates. After being ghosted by the Sales Manager, Wes, and the GM, Brian, I eventually filed a formal complaint with the State of Colorado. Only after I left messages for Wes and Brian informing them of the state investigation did I get a response from Wes. Wes confirmed to me that the GM, Brian, had received my messages and was fully aware of the situation, yet Brian still refused to contact me or address the issue. Even then, the help was a sham. Wes offered additional temporary tags as the 60 day mark approached, but despite multiple follow up emails, they were never sent. I contacted Wes in the morning of day 65 after the purchase; he still had no update on the title. So, at this point I still have no title, no valid tags, and the leadership at this dealership continues to fail basic customer service. I have received more professional assistance from the State Investigator than from anyone at this dealership. At least the State Investigator offered to assist me with obtaining temporary tags. Avoid this place at all costs.

I purchased a used Subaru from Shannon in the sales department about a year ago and he was wonderful. A very trustworthy personality, good vibes all around - completely rid of the sleazy car salesman stereotype for me. Today I went back for the first time in order to get an annual maintenance check on my car. Jake Carter helped me and he was equally wonderful in every way. He made me feel welcomed and relaxed through the whole visit (I'm usually a little on edge with anything dealing with cars). I also loved the photos and videos that were sent to me after my appointment reviewing my worn brakes and leaking coolant. This whole experience with Subaru has restored my faith and trust in dealerships and I plan to only come back to this location. I have full faith that people here will take care of you with honesty and integrity, and I value that a lot. Thank you to the whole team for being so wonderful. Thanks to management for what I assumed to be a very strong leadership structure that values quality over quantity.

Excellent and quick service. I had new breaks and rotors installed, new tires, and an oil change done in the same days. Drop off was quick and efficient. They provided a free ride to my office, and I had the ability to directly message the service manager with questions and progress updates. Prices were reasonable.

The service team here is next to none. They truly go above and beyond to make sure their customers and their vehicles are well taken care of. I had some work I needed to get done under extended warranty, and I always worry a dealership is going to give me a hard time. Shane & the team took care of it with no problem, and set me up with a loaner while they worked on it. I’ve never had such great customer experience with a service department, I highly recommend!
