“I have bought from here before with no problems at all. I bought a car about 3 months ago and the car started giving me problems. My battery kept dying. I took it to Auto zone and battery checked out. Two days later battery died agian. Took ot to Auto Max they could not find an issue and advised me to take it to Nissan. I took it there and come to find out the battery is leaking acid underneath. Auto Max sold me a vehicle either no new battery ans just as an FYI.... ALL Nissan should have a Nissan battery not a factory one. They did try to cut me a little deal but I only made 2 payments on vehicle and feel as I should not be paying out of my pocket.”

“My wife bought a car from here. Not a bad car at all very nice. Just she looked at car at night and took car home and after looking car over in the light we see it has a cracked windshields. So we called more then once and sent a few texts. Just to get no response from anyone. So not once bit 3 times now I have came here to talk about the issue and just seem to get the run around. Oh go to the service side talk to someone there. As we did, we was told ok we will take care of that for u. It's been over 2 months now and still no one has called us or anything. Very disappointed and feel like once u get a car from here that they don't car after u get the car loan your on your own. Bad service. Many months later and still never replaced the windshield on my wife's car. Definitely will never buy another car from here no matter how nice the cars are. When we bring a problem up to them it's just a yes sir and yes ma'am deal they never called they never replaced her windshield. But a car from them at night and can't see but the windshield had a orange dot on it as he told me they pay someone to check window and windshield that's why it has a orange dot on carm so I said ok so y'all knew this car has a broken windshield but chose to sell car to my wife and act like it wasn't broken was wrong.now we have to come out of pocket to replace it. Not cool at all”

“Went to purchase a vehicle from them and I explained that my father was buying me a new vehicle bc his health has declined and we needed reliable transportation. Went to the bank with my father to get a cashiers check and proceeded to go back to the car lot to sign paperwork and hand over the check. After I filled out all the paperwork and signed everything hours later they called the police and had them come to my home to verify that my cashiers check wasn’t fraudulently obtained. They could have contacted the bank since they stated they knew the women who was in charge of all the branches of that particular bank but instead they had the POLICE come to my home and disturb my father who is half blind (which I made them aware of my fathers health condition from the beginning) basically they thought I was BOLD enough to hand over a fraudulent check and sign my name on all the paperwork. I was completly honest with these people and they basically judged me and labeled me a thief even after I took a picture with my new purchase. I understand the need to be cautious but I think they could have handled this better. Needless to say I will NEVER purchase a vehicle from these people despite how “nice” they were to my face they clearly thought I was a fraud or a thief. Way to judge a book by its cover.”

“I brought a 2011 Buick lacrosse ( very beautiful car! Love it inside and out). Had a minor problem with the thermostat and they fixed the problem right away and did a little extra . So far so good. Thank you Auto Max for putting my mind at ease. But this story Ends Very Badly . Thank God I was able to trade this Lemon In But the Down Side is I still Owned 12,000 on the Vehicle and Car Dealer could Only give me 3,700 for this Beautiful Lemon. Ever Since this Post I've had Nothing But Problems with this Vehicle And Auto Max Finally Promised To Put Me in Another Vehicle After putting a Rebuild Transmission in the vehicle which the warranty only covered half of the cost I had to come out of pocket 3,000. For that. This car has left me stranded on interstate 95 to many times to mention last time cost me a 300 tow . Buyer beware this place is so quick and happy to sell you a car and then don't make excuses or owners don't answer the phone when it time to honor what they guarantee. After reading this post don't say you haven't been warned !”
