Save yourself the stress and buy elsewhere. We purchased a flagship CX-90, yet received bottom-tier service. This dealership failed to file the 'Replacement Vehicle' indicator with my insurance company, triggering an insurance lapse flag at the DMV and a license suspension notice for my wife. They even failed to verify the insurance cards for that specific replacement option during delivery, a basic protocol they completely ignored. To make matters worse, they repeatedly failed to return our calls when we reached out to resolve this urgent issue. When we finally got through, management (Michael Della Bella) was hostile and defensive. Instead of taking ownership of a massive clerical error that caused us legal trouble, he blamed us and refused to offer even a basic apology. Furthermore, Michael Della Bella personally refused to even quote the official Mazda Protection Products (Platinum Warranty), pushing a 3rd-party warranty instead. I ended up purchasing the genuine factory warranty from another Mazda dealer just to avoid dealing with this office again. They do this to gain higher profit margins on the consumer. Final note to current owners: Verify your service history with Mazda Corporate. This dealer has a track record of failing to update official records. To the Owner: It is telling that after Mark David left Saratoga Honda, their reputation and performance improved significantly. Based on this experience, the reason why is crystal clear.

Della Mazda was the easiest dealership to purchase a car. Natasha and Mark were so helpful and accommodating. After buying a car here no one else could compare.

Exceptional experience at Della Mazda ! The whole team was amazing ! Natasha, was very friendly, knowledgeable & professional. Mark, the manager and Michael in finance also made this a very pleasant visit. I had a very smooth, stress-free, transaction from start to finish. A big thank you to the staff !

Dylan was incredibly helpful and made sure I was well taken care of. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the deal and that I wouldn't waste my time, driving the 1.5 hour trip to the dealership. I love my CX-50 and will be a return customer!

I cannot say enough good things about my buying experience with Della Mazda. From start to finish, it was easily the best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. Our saleswoman Natasha was incredibly caring and went out of her way to help me and my wife many times when other dealerships wouldn’t have. Every single person in every department was nothing but nice, professional, and made us feel at home. Not only was the experience absolutely perfect, we also got an incredible deal on the car we bought after comparing the same car with other dealerships. If you’re looking for a new car or a good used option, I would HIGHLY recommend going to Della and ask for Natasha if you can!
