I went down to the dealership because I had a check engine light. They said I needed a new battery and I needed to fix the fuse box. That’s on top of the. Battery. I paid $511 for this. I drove my vehicle about 10 minutes after picking it up from the dealership and the check engine light. Can’t right back on. So the problem that they told me that was causing the check engine was not the problem, so I pretty much paid them to fix nothing. Source. That’s really pretty horrible. Service. I will be going back down to them because my vehicle is under warranty because it’s check engine light is on them to fix.

Everyone we dealt with was great. They understood our situation and that we did not want to play games or have our time wasted. Couldn’t come to a deal right away, but later in the day we were able to get in to our 2026 Traverse!

I was quoted one price on the phone (advertised price) and told another price when I arrived and drove an hour in the rain to get there. I ended up paying $2K more after negotiating for an hour as they tried to get me to pay $4k more for added opts that I didn't want/need. The truck (Silverado) was a good deal overall, but not as advertised or promised. They said I didn't qualify for "all" the promo items when I was paying. One of the promo items was a trade in bonus (not advertised as requirement). There's no mistake! The gal on the phone that told me the car was available at the price advertised did NOT tell me I had to trade a car in to get their advertised price. In my opinion, they are a 3/5 for playing games! Did I get a good deal, YES. But, there is no loyalty established. Would I go to Martin Chevy "1st" to buy my next car, Absolutely NOT. Would I trust their advertising, NO. Did their contact # go into my Cell for recommendations, NO. That, to me, is a Fail transaction. A dealership that cares about short term profit vs honor, relationships, referrals, and loyalty.

Not happy at all with the purchase of my vehicle. I bought a used Silverado. Took all day and the truck wasn't even ready I made an appointment was pre qualified showed up and the salesman didn't show up for work that day so had to go through the whole process again. The truck was trashed absolutely filthy inside and out. The truck wasn't even inspected yet so had to wait. Edmond the sales manager said I could agree to not have it go through inspection that they would check the important things so I agreed. On the test drive everything seemed good my fault for not turning the radio on. It doesn't work because someone took the antenna also after getting back to the dealership they cleaned the truck 3 hours later I'm finally getting to go and as they pull the truck up it has a huge dent in the driver's side from the door past the fuel door area. Was told I signed for it being as is so their not going to help me. Also transmission is acting up. Again was told nothing they can do. I asked for them to do an oil change and transmission flush service. And see about fixing the dent and replacing the antenna. The salesman Kobe he's great he's trying to help as much as he can but I know it's coming from Edmond the manager telling him to say no on my request. I traded in an immaculate Dodge charger in beautiful condition and I get a POS. Not happy at all. Looking into options as to what to do next. I really do hope the owner is reading these complaints. My daughter and my wife are both looking to buy new cars but I won't recommend this dealership

Beware of the service department!!!! They damaged my brand new Suburban!!!!!! When I purchased the Suburban, we noticed scratches in the side interior panel and there was a small tear on the center console. We made the decision to continue with the purchase as we were promised they would be replaced. We took it in a few weeks after purchase to have the items replaced and it’s the biggest mistake we could have made! Not only did it take them 2 weeks to complete the replacements, but they scratched/damaged our tint, our side door and bumper to name a few. We are very disappointed. Now our brand new Suburban is in a body shop because of their careless techs who work in their service department. Such a shame to have a brand new $85k Suburban damaged by a dealerships service department that we trusted. And to top it off we have the option to use our own body shop to fix their damages, but they gave us the run around that if it goes over their limit they will not cover it. How is that even ok!!!??
