I've been leasing with Andrew Chevrolet since 1995. This is my 1st lease thru Umansky and even though the 2024 Trax I turned in had about 6,000 miles, I was very disappointed that I was NOT offered any complimentary oil changes or tire coverage for the first time! I only turned in the 2024 Trax because I was being inundated with offers if I come in early. I'm retired and wanted to lower my car payments. I finally decided to go in and if I knew I woukd not get oil changes or tire coverage I would have kept the 2024 Trax until lease end. Sales Rep was very friendly but I'm not happy or satisfied with Chevrolet Management!! Sincerely, Linda Campbell

I purchased a brand new vehicle from them yesterday. Price and staff were amazing and easy to work with. Dealership environment was great not pushy no pressure. If you’re looking to buy a vehicle I would definitely recommend this dealership. They worked together as a team and genuinely care. They were attentive and very personable and friendly. Josh Young the general sales manager along with his team Tanner Bird and Leon Jackson in sales definitely took the time and made the effort to make the sale happen. Tanner even drove 30 minutes in Friday night traffic to pick me up to come purchase the vehicle. He is a wonderful sales person who loves selling vehicles and making his customers happy. I look forward to buying from him again in the future.

Bought a truck for my retirement gift to myself and a joyous occasion soon turn bitter. I drove in from out of state to buy. They assured me that all the paperwork would be sent to my DMV and everything would be smooth to get my plates and registration. After 2 months of constant misdirection and misinformation the employees I was dealing with are no longer at the dealership. Some new guy that I've never spoken to before tells me that there's nothing they can do for me I'm on my own. Wow what customer service. Sent out repeated emails Left phone messages no one will return my calls. Not even the store manager he was never to be heard from. I guess once you make the purchase they could care less.

Overall pleasant experience. New ownership comes with its woes including price hikes from various chain changes, however, the team still performs well as they have in the past. Scheduling was a bit of a headache initially, the representative’s service was stellar and made up for the frustration. Luckily delays in the singular tire had me run into one of the supervisors on my second attempt, he recommended me four new tires after looking at my current ones. He said I had time on some, but I’d be in for replacements soon. Easy sale. He had me set up with everything including a shuttle to and from work. They finished hours before they estimated and came slightly under the quoted price. Until they added a credit card surcharge of 3%. If I spoke to just the human element of this institution, it would be a perfect 5. Everyone provided stellar customer service. The system needs improvement overall to ensure some degree of smoothness. This transition could have been done better.
