“Todd my service writer was very nice. Charles at the vehicle loaner desk was professional and friendly. My vehicle was there almost 2 weeks before anyone looked at it. I authorized the repair after receiving an estimate and then it took them several days to get back to me. Todd explained that the repair had not been completed for reasons he explained. One issue had was that Todd either doesn’t check his voicemails often enough or just didn’t return my calls. When I finally did speak to him, I felt rushed to bring back the loaner vehicle and pick up my vehicle. However, when I had a major service issue with the loaner vehicle they gave me, I couldn’t get a hold of anyone to assist me, and my voicemail was never returned. Although I called twice and wound up speaking to a salesman the second time, and was promised that somebody would call me back immediately, but no one did. I expected better for the amount they are charging.”

“When I came to M-B MKE North, I got paired by *chance* with Zach Haack as my sales/client advisor, and boy, was that serendipity at its best. He helped me custom order a GLE 450 in early Aug. Production date was set for early Nov > arrived at the Baltimore VPC about 1-wk later > arrived at the dealership within 1-wk. Smooth process from start to finish, and Zach was extremely attentive to my questions, concerns, and requests. He always maintained prompt communication by phone and email. His dedication to his work and putting the customer first shows: just look at his desk with all his awards.
