“I owned a 2024 Kia EV9 that was totaled by a drunk driver. Lupient Kia helped me get a replacement 2026 at a reasonable price and I felt very comfortable working with them through the process. I will definitely be visiting them regularly for service on the 2026, and would recommend them to anyone who is interested in Kia. They’re the best in town!”

“I purchased a vehicle a few months ago and initially had a good experience, but the service after the sale has been very disappointing. After my long drive home, I noticed a very loud noise coming from the brakes. I had the vehicle inspected professionally by Audi, who confirmed that the front brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. I contacted Mike, the used car manager, and Doug, the general manager. Both offered to “look at it,” but made it clear they would not replace any parts—even with the Audi inspection results. Because I live over 1.5 hours away, driving all that distance for them to simply look at the issue didn’t make sense. In the end, I had to replace the front brakes and rotors out of my own pocket. I also had to pay for a full detail, which should have been completed before delivery but was not. Communication from Mike has been poor throughout this process, with very little to no follow-up. He over commits and does not follow through. Overall, I expected much better service, communication, and accountability after making such this purchase. Ryan, the salesman, did his job exceptionally well, but the dealership’s delivery preparation fell short. If you’re buying here, I recommend working directly with Ryan, but make sure the dealership actually delivers the vehicle in the condition they promise.”

The got me the vehicle I wanted and came on the day they said it would arrive. My whole experience was special because of Marvin. Purchasing a vehicle can be a difficult process, but Marvin made it easy and seamless. He is reliable, extremely respectful, calm and patient. He is extremely knowledgeable and uses his expertise to give you the best value. I went to some other dealerships, and nothing compares to the excellent service I received. “Probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership…and I’ve purchased a lot of cars in my life. Zero pressure from the sales rep (Ryan Schroeder). He was willing to run some numbers without me coming down to the dealership, just to get an idea of what my situation looks like. I was able to make an appointment to view the exact 2025 Kia Sorento I wanted and within two hours of arriving I was paying my down payment and they were moving the exact vehicle I wanted off the showroom floor. I usually spend ALL DAY at a dealership getting through the whole process…so it was refreshing to be in and out of the dealership in a couple hours. The finance department (Erick) was super easy to deal with as well. No pressure to buy any back-end add ons (other than what I asked for). Furthermore, I had a balance on my previous vehicle that needed to be paid off when I traded it in and that was done in less than a week. I’ve had issues where dealerships didn’t pay off my trade in for months…so it was very refreshing to see a zero balance on my trade in loan within a week. Overall, everyone I encountered was very friendly and professional…when I’m back in the market for a vehicle, I will return!”
