“Purchased a CPO X5 M50i from across the country and the experience was incredible. Worked with Nayeli (sales) and she was so responsive and attentive to all my questions and requests. She sent me such a great video detailing the vehicle and specific areas I asked her to focus on. Rima (finance) then set up all my paperwork promptly and transportation for the car to be delivered 1000 miles. They both patiently answered my never ending questions and were available to me seemingly 24/7. Once I received the car, Nayeli continued to check in with me to make sure everything was 100% satisfactory. I was missing an iso cover which is totally not a big deal but she found one in her dealerships parts department and overnighted it to me!!
