“They are nice people, and we purchased a 2024 vehicle for my mother. I wasn’t present when she signed the papers. According to the manager, most of the used cars they sell come from rental agencies and are sold with just one key, which is also noted in the listing online they say. The car has a push-button start, and the key fob costs around $300. If you loose it, your in trouble. After the purchase, they were not interested in providing my mother with a second key. People make sure to read everything carefully, and you always want to verify that the vehicle comes with two keys. I assumed that a 2025 vehicle would include two keys, but I was mistaken. The best time to negotiate anything is before making a purchase. When things are inconvenient, companies tend not to mention them. Once again, nice people!”

“Went in for an oil change.
I thought the service entrance was off of Henry Clay, but no. Enter from Port Washington.
Super friendly service. Smaller staffed at the counter, but that makes it more friendly I think.
You can wait while they service or get a ride. The driver was also very friendly. The waiting area was open and spacious, but all sofa seats with TV on the wall. Wish there were a few tables so I could sit with an iPad and work.
Drinks were pretty bare minimum - just hot/cold water, tea bags, and coffee. Also a sign with “1 snack per person” above a plate with 2 protein-type bars.
Their prices for oil changes were exactly the same as a coupon I received for a “special”, so the coupon doesn’t seem to do anything. You can also ask for a car wash after service and they will run it through one for you.”

“Disappointed with my experience today.
After valuing my trade-in through the dealership’s online tool (Trade Pending), which aligned with offers from other dealers and Carvana, I drove over 70 miles to the dealership. Once there, I was given a trade-in offer that was $4,000 less than the online estimate and market value.
While I understand the need to inspect a vehicle in person, such a large discrepancy was unexpected, especially since the car has nothing wrong with it.
I will say the sales representative was polite and professional, but the overall experience and valuation process were disappointing.
Be cautious when dealing with this dealership and don’t rely solely on their online trade-in estimates.”

“Ethan and the GSM Matt were very open and not overly pushy towards any specific vehicle. Good follow-up and great customer service even after the deal was done. Asked how I liked the vehicles before trying to talk pricing. Jeff was polite and great at reviewing the paperwork. Didn't feel like they were trying to sneak anything by me.”

“I was dreading shopping for new vehicles after my car was totaled in an accident, but Jae made my experience seamless and EASY!!! From the moment I walked in, to the moment I drove off with my new Ioniq5, I never once felt I was pressured or taken advantage of like I have at other dealerships. I contribute a lot of this to Jae, who was PHENOMENAL and someone I would work with time and time again. She was very personable and made sure I knew everything about driving an electric vehicle as I have never had one before. Mind you I also came in an hour before close on a Friday!! Jae even reached out a few weeks after to make sure everything was still going smoothly. I am beyond impressed with my experience at Hyundai Glendale, and if you work with anyone, seek out Jae!!! ”
