“Glendale Nissan’s management repeatedly lies to EV customers.
When I bought my Nissan Ariya, I was promised free charging at the dealership. That promise was later quietly abandoned — and the dishonesty did not stop there.
The charging stations were intentionally disabled, not broken. Despite this, managers continue to tell customers false stories, changing their explanations every time they are questioned. One day the chargers are “being repaired,” the next day they are “waiting on parts,” and then they are “temporarily unavailable.” None of it is true.
There is no transparency, no consistency, and no accountability. The constant lies make it clear that this is a deliberate policy, not an accident. Management chooses deception instead of honesty.
I purchased my EV based on clear commitments that were made at the time of sale. Now those commitments are denied, and I’m left with an electric vehicle I was told I could charge — but can’t.
If you value honesty, avoid Glendale Nissan.
Their managers will say whatever it takes to close the deal, then deny everything afterward.
Do not trust this dealership. Buyer beware.”

“Had a great experience at Glendale Nissan today. The service was quick and everything was handled smoothly. They’ve always gotten back to me fast whenever I’ve had questions or concerns, so I really appreciate that.
Our service advisor, William, was great to work with, polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. It makes the whole process a lot less stressful when someone actually takes the time to explain things.
Overall, solid place for service, and I’d feel comfortable coming back here or even buying a car from them in the future.”

““Warranty Misrepresentation and Broken Promises by Glendale Nissan”
When my husband and I purchased our Jeep Compass from Glendale Nissan on September 1, 2025, I left a 5-star review because the experience initially felt great. Samantha and Louie were friendly and professional, and I truly believed I was buying from a dealership that valued honesty and customer care.
Unfortunately, everything changed after the sale. I later found out that the 36-month/36,000-mile manufacturer warranty had expired on August 16, 2025 — more than two weeks before I bought the vehicle — even though I was clearly told it was still active. Because of that misinformation, I had to pay $943.23 out of pocket for two batteries and the 36,000-mile maintenance, all of which should have been covered under warranty.
Louie, the sales manager, personally told me he would take care of both battery costs, but now the dealership has refused to honor that promise. Instead, they’re offering three oil changes and tire rotations — something I never asked for. I simply want them to keep their word and pay for what they said the car included.
It’s disappointing and frustrating to be treated this way after trusting them. I’ve reached out several times, by phone and email, and no one has followed through, the only way to talk to Mr. Louie is showing up (in my case driving at least 1 hour). I’ve since filed complaints with the Bureau of Automotive Repair and the California Department of Consumer Affairs.
Please be careful if you plan to purchase from Glendale Nissan. Read everything carefully and verify all information, because what you’re told may not be what you actually get.”

“I would give it “zero” stars if possible. I purchased a Frontier Pro4X on Sep. 29 of this year. Traded in my Honda Accord and to this day, they haven’t paid off the loan of the trade in. Never did the finance person disclose this, or that it would be an issue. Hell, I’ve traded in vehicles and usually dealers pay it off in 48 hours. Now, I’m responsible for 2 car payments, 1 that’s not even mine anymore, if not, it will ruin my credit. I’ve been trying to get a hold of finance for more than a week and they never pick up. Sick of calling every day with no answers. I would stay away from this dealership at all costs. If I could re do it, I would never go here. Also, my truck came with peeled paint, and Javier the salesman, again, no where to be found. Just overall horrendous customer service.”
