I brought my 2024 Jeep Wrangler in for a recall on October 20th, 2025. I was told they didn't know how long it would take and it ended up being over a week. Since this location doesn't even offer rental cars anymore (VERY poor customer service on that decision), I had to front the $800 bill for a rental car to get the recall taken care of. But don't worry! They have a sign that shows you how to be reimbursed! You can see the sign they have below as to who you need to call. NO WHERE on this sign does it say that I need to call while I'm at the dealership to get approval for a rental car. NO WHERE!!!! It also doesn't say that I need to call that number while my Jeep is being worked on. NO WHERE!! After they were done with my Jeep, I called the number, I submitted the dealership paperwork and the receipt for the rental car. Then I was told that I was denied for reimbursement because I did not call while I dropped off my car. I called the service manager at this dealership and was basically told "this is not my problem and there is nothing I can do about it, it has nothing to do with me. You just need to talk to someone else." He also proceeded to tell me "I have thousands of people that come here and have to get rental cars, and there has never been an issue." Super great customer service huh? Place the blame on the customer, as if I am an idiot, since your sign doesn't state I have to call that number while I drop off my jeep. So I did, I called their "customer care" department again and they REFUSED to let me to speak to a supervisor or anyone else other than the case manager. They wouldn't even let me talk to the case manager, you can only email her!!!!!! They said the case manager already made the decision and it can not be changed. This dealership is a PRIVATE business (aka they can make their own decisions on how to treat people and take care of them) I also drove all the way from Sherman Oaks to go to this one because I heard they were the "good dealership", clearly that is not the case when helping their customers deal with the system they choose to put in place, since their signs do not have accurate information on it. There is absolutely NO REASON why my reimbursement request should have been denied. NONE. So if, "customer care" won't help you and the dealership won't help you, even though it was not my fault that my jeep needed work done, what do you do????? Mind you , this is a leased jeep that is less than 1 years old! Might I state that this is also my 5th jeep, so not my first rodeo when getting something fixed and having a rental car that has either been given to me by the dealership or I was reimbursed. Do not go here, especially if you are a woman. They will talk down to you and not give you all the information and now because of THEIR recall I'm out $800. HORRIBLE customer service, I'm so thankful I do not run my business this way, talking down to customers and passing the buck when your signs do not have the proper information on them. It's really unbelievable. ****As of November 23, 2025, this issue hasn't been resolved AND I have emailed the Service Manager that responded to this review.

After 3 months of searching for the right car. I purchased my first jeep, a 2022 cherokee latitude lux in May 2025. 7 year warranty, price was VERY reasonable. I Was out the door with a new car within 4 1/2 hours. I've had this jeep for 5 months now and I am extremely happy with this purchase. Thanks to the team for hearing my concerns, questions and reasoning for a comfortable and affordable monthly payments as well.

I recently purchased a 2025 Jeep Gladiator from Glendale Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Unlike many dealerships that add on unnecessary fees for things like LoJack alarms and paint protection, Glendale stands out by offering a straightforward, honest pricing model. The advertised price is exactly what you pay – no hidden fees. Shocker! Efren, my salesperson, was helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through the process with ease. Bryan, the sales manager, was also great, ensuring everything went smoothly, while Ruben, the finance representative, made the financing process a breeze. They got me a great rate on top of the great deal on the vehicle. Overall, the entire experience was much better than my other dealer experiences, and I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. Edner and the other advisors are kind, courteous, and provide a special kind of care to me that goes beyond being a simple customer. ❤️. Huge thank you to Carlos! Helped me out in buying my Jeep Wrangler, drove all the way from Riverside out here, good customer service from the first moment. Was super honest and upfront. Was in and out of the dealer within 2 hours! If your going to buy a car it has to be from Carlos! Thanks again to him and the whole team!
