“It is NOT good customer service when you have called 3 times & immediately put on hold w/o anyone saying anything! Got a quote on parts & the gentleman who helped me transferred me so I could get a labor estimate. The girl who answered was very rude!! And goes on to say that they don’t provide quotes over the phone. She could use a refresher course in customer service. But it’s funny to me that Community Chevrolet and Felix Chevrolet were able to give me quotes for parts AND labor. Actually, in all my years I have never been denied a quote for labor especially on a small part. Side view mirror replaced? So, either the gentleman who gave me quotes for parts doesn’t know that?? But I don’t even think that rude girl was even listening to me. But I cannot express how much I appreciated her bad attitude. Kinda setting a low bar here. Even though your parts are less than others I have called, & even if the labor was cheaper, her lack of customer service & bad attitude is enough to cross you off my list! If I could give you zero stars I would.”

“This is my second review for this dealership, and unfortunately it’s not just about my own experience. A few months ago, I also had a bad experience here. Recently, my friend purchased a car through a broker, and because the deal was almost completed, he went to the dealership to pick up the car and signed the contract directly with them and their finance manager, Ramik.
The finance manager, Ramik, was only focused on selling unnecessary add-ons to make extra money for himself. He showed no concern for the customer or the long-term relationship, only the sale. After adding all these extras, my friend was misled and now is struggling to make the payments because of what was added to the contract.
On top of that, when you try to contact the dealership with questions or concerns, they never return calls or follow up. There is absolutely no customer service or accountability.
I truly hope the new owner takes the time to review how this dealership is being run, makes serious changes, and replaces the current staff with professional and honest employees. Otherwise, nothing will change and customers will continue to have the same bad experiences.”

“I had a great experience at Chevrolet Glendale! They helped me very quickly and made the whole process smooth and easy. Andre was extremely accommodating and proficient in what he does. He made sure everything was taken care of efficiently, and I'm very happy with the service I received. Highly recommend!”

“Very happy with my new truck!
If you guys want to feel taken care of, see or ask for Eddie! A great guy, down to earth, very honey and friendly! Please treat him as the professional that he is, he truly is a great human being who will help you as much as he can! Started my journey almost 3 weeks ago looking for a truck, went to several different dealerships and no one had anything that I like so I circled back to Eddie for a vehicle that was in their lot and the day I came back he had this truck to show me. As soon as I saw it I wanted it! A great truck that was technically used but only had 6400 miles for a 2022 that’s basically new ! Eddie and his finance team helped me get my dream truck & my girlfriend and I LOVE IT! Definitely have been and will recommend to family and friends!”

I am still waiting patiently after 10 months of broken promises. I continue leaving weekly messages, but no one has returned my call. All I want is for the company to honor the promise made when I signed the paperwork—or at the very least, provide some form of follow-up. At this point, even the smallest gesture would mean something, but complete silence is unacceptable.
7-30-25 I’ve been patiently waiting for a callback from this dealership regarding an ongoing issue, leaving messages weekly — but still no response. It’s now been 8 months with no follow-up. Honestly, I regret buying my car here. If I could turn back time, I would’ve purchased from Rydell in Northridge instead. Extremely disappointed and still waiting.
purchased my ZR2 Colorado in December 2024. At the time of purchase, I pointed out a blemish in the paint, and management assured me it would be taken care of. I scheduled service in January 2025 and was told by Service manager….that I would be contacted once a loaner vehicle was available, as they may need to repaint the area due to a factory defect.
While I wasn’t thrilled about the idea of repainting a brand-new truck, I agreed in good faith based on their promise to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, that’s where the communication ended. Months passed without a single update. I visited the dealership again in March, spoke with Pat…, and was once again told I’d receive a follow-up. It’s now June 10, 2025, and I have yet to receive a call, email, or any form of communication.
I didn’t want to write this review — I’ve been holding off, hoping the dealership would come through and keep their word. But after months of being ignored, I feel I have no choice. I hope that someone in upper management sees this and finally contacts me to resolve the issue. I still believe it can be made right, but it’s past time for action.”
