ā€œStay away! I was told my disposition fee would not be an issue and would not have to pay it if I re-leased a car through them. After signing a new lease, we received an invoice for not only the disposition fee, but a purchase option charge as well. As a result the loan was not closed and considered in default for the entire amount of the car which negatively affected my credit score which became a time consuming process to clear up. They ultimately removed only the purchase option charge but still held me responsible for the disposition fee. They agreed to pay 1/2 of the disposition and are now holding the balance captive until I purchase/lease another vehicle through them. After getting at least 7-8 cars through them over the last however many years, this is the "loyalty" thanks we received. If they want my future business they need to make this right , and reimburse the remainder. I would have expected better treatment. Completely unacceptable!ā€

ā€œI had a mixed experience at North Shore Honda. While I am happy with the car itself and the sales effort from Richard Correa, my experience with financing assistance was extremely disappointing. Rich Cirami, who helped us with the financing, promised to follow up with us in October to help refinance the loan at a lower rate. We purchased the car in July, but he never called or followed up as promised. We made multiple attempts to reach out via phone, email, and messages, and even asked Richard Correa to assist us in contacting him—yet we received no response. We requested an appointment to discuss refinancing, but it was never arranged. We had no choice but to accept Honda-sponsored financing at the time of purchase, securing a higher interest rate based on the promise of refinancing that was never fulfilled. This lack of communication and follow-through feels extremely unprofessional and almost scam-like. It has left us very frustrated and disappointed. I would warn others to be cautious unless paying cash, as depending on Mr. Cirami for financing assistance appears unreliable. Overall, a disappointing experience that overshadowed what was otherwise a good car purchase.ā€

ā€œThe staff here is incredible. They will treat you like family. Not in the loving, touchy feely way, but the way that actually counts, the tough and honest way. I had the pleasure of getting to work with Rich Correra, Joe Italiano, and Richard in financing. These guys keep it real and make you laugh along the way. From begining to end, I knew they had my best interest in mind. These arent the type of people to swindle you for a sale, they are the type to walk you through a big decision and smile with you once you are happy. For anyone out of state/town, please believe me, it is completely worth the drive (and the tolls for that matter). I have purchased many cars, but rarely walk away as satisfied as I was with North Shore Honda. If your looking for an un-pretentious, honest, friendly, and welcoming place to buy a car, look no further. Thanks again guys, couldnt have done it without you.ā€

ā€œI love NS Honda! This is my second Honda purchase, and after doing lots of research and reaching out to many dealerships, NS stood out right away. They were personable, patient, and answered all my questions while understanding my flexibility. That’s why I chose to drive 40 minutes past a closer dealership to buy from them—and I’m so glad I did! Most recently, I went back for my first service, and once again, it felt like family. Even though it can be a little inconvenient with my schedule, the excellent service makes it more than worth it. I’ll definitely be back. My 2025 CR-V Sport Touring is running amazing! Harold was great, I found them up front and honest about fees and value for trade in. Of course ask your questions directly.ā€

ā€œNorth Shore Honda was so helpful to me while I was visiting from CT to visit my mom in memory care. My driver’s side window fell into the door leaving me with a triangle of glass sticking out. Upon arrival, Renaldo, greeted me and talked to the supervisor who said it needed a part that they had to order and wouldn’t be ready today. I needed to drive home today for work tomorrow. As I was about to leave, Joe, walked out of the service garage and said ā€œlet me see what I can doā€. 15 mins later my car came out and the window was fixed!! He said some bolts were loose and he was able to fix it! He’s my hero! I thought I was going to drive 3 hours back home with a broken window. Thank you to North Shore Honda in Glen Head (my hometown), Renaldo for his kindness and especially to Joe for stopping me from leaving and going above and beyond to help me. Thank you so much!! You guys rockšŸ˜ā€
