“I have had four kias. Soul, Sportage, forte, and recently a seltos. I have been here three times to buy a forte a seltos from here and sold my Sportage here. However I recommend the cars, this dealership is extremely rude. If you ask to speak to a manager, you will get no one and they will glare at you. If you ask to make a complaint they ignore it. My seltos with 200 miles on it grabbed a nail and punctured 3 times. I didn't know it was three times but when I brought it in with my wife Robert Sipes was extremely rude, slammed on his keyboard and said we can't fit it in today. He looked at today the 23rd, made a grimace and said we could bring it in and leave it tomorrow but no idea when it will get done and to drop it off. We have one car. We have two children in school, work and other things. No one offered to look at it or even just check the nail. Right now im suffering from a bad back and a ripped hernia mesh. I spent 4 hours in the Wal Mart parking lot fixing the hole. When I pulled it out it turns out it punctured 3 times. I realize holidays and precedence, but if they had even simply took it in for five minutes to verify the nail and 3 holes they could have put the spare on or even I could have I wouldn't have tried to patch it. I do not recommend this place. I suggest anywhere but here, but other then that, kia is a good car. I been sitting here waiting to talk to someone. It has been 40 min. I asked, everyone says they doing something else. They originally said 20 miin. Now I'm being ignored. JBA KIA is a very bad dealership, you will disappointed save yourself the trouble.”

“This kia dealership is the best. I purchased my Soul here and I needed an issue fixed and the service manager was so helpful in getting my issue solved. I had taken my car to a closer dealer to my house and they messed up my entire window system but when I explained my situation to the manager here at J.B.A he was awesome he had me come right in and he was able to have it fixed the issue right away and it has been perfect ever since. You won't be disappointed if you go to this dealer they are all super nice and easy to work with”

“Great experience from top to bottom! The staff were extremely patient as It had been 8 years since the last time I needed to purchase a vehicle :)
The entire process was surprisingly fast. Last time I bought a vehicle (at a different dealership) it felt like I was there for a whole day.
Lastly I was impressed with their finance guy as he went over all the different banks and finance options so I could make the best decision for me.
I highly recommend JBA!”
