I called ahead and spoke to Steve, and he was easy to communicate with from there forward via email/phone. Dylan, their shop tech, is also helpful & kind, my Mom agreed. For the 2 minor fixes, they sent parts home w/me at my request, and Steve stayed a little late for my deal since I'd driven a few hours to get there. I'm quite happy with my purchase, the RAV rides well, heat and stereo work better than my 2010! So nice to have a safe, reliable vehicle and have a no hassle buying experience with a good price and friendly customer service. Would buy from them again. At first I was hesitant about the distance/drive but my Mom convinced me it would be worth it, so now I've got my RAV named Dorothy! The owner Tom had a great eye for picking her at the auto auction. If you're comparing other dealers in VA watch out because some charge ridiculous paperwork fees in comparison. My RAV came with about 1/4 tank of gas.
