“San Tan Ford is my favorite place to go for service and when shopping for a vehicle, both new and used. I’ve purchased several alone and have brought or referred my friends and family when purchasing as well. The service I received this week was so good, I HAD to delete my old 5-star review to leave a new one. Zach Kerns is the man to see when you’re ready to buy. We had such a good experience working with him. He’s laid back, listens, and makes sure you’re getting everything you want. Zach works for you and not just for the paycheck. We received VIP service and he had us out of there in two hours from appointment start time to the last signature in finance. WOW! I’ve dealt with many dealerships and salespeople. Zach is by far the BEST! Special shoutout to Shane in finance as well! He knows his stuff, is so personable, and makes it as pain free as possible. I will absolutely be returning to San Tan for maintenance, and will be calling Zach when we’re ready for another purchase!”

“So glad I switched to Ford from Ram. Norman was the best car salesman along with the GM, Shane from finance, and the guys in the Bronco shop for my tonneau cover. I got what I wanted from my trade in 21 Ram 2500 and purchased a 2025 F150 Lariat Power-boost with Blue Cruise with 0% 60 months from Ford. Best experience I’ve had at a dealership. Thanks again!”

“Rami in sales, Shane in finance and Mike "Fatti" in senior management all made my buying experience great! All of these guys were fantastic to work with and meet all my needs both during and after the sale. Will suggest San Tan Ford to all my friends and family! Thanks for making my trade in of my car and buy of the new truck a great experience! Gonna miss the Mustang 5.0, now on to the Ranger!”

“In August, I brought my 2022 GT500 in to have the front USB port repaired, because the port would intermittently disconnect and reconnect. I was told the shop “fixed” the issue, but from the day I picked up the car, CarPlay never worked again. On top of that, my glove box USB port also stopped working entirely, even though it had worked before the visit. Over the last few months I tried everything on my end — different phones, different cables, factory resets, Sync updates — nothing made CarPlay appear. Eventually I took the interior apart myself to trace the wiring, and what I found was extremely disappointing. After removing the center console and the radio screen assembly, I discovered that the shop did not repair or replace the factory USB harness as claimed. Instead, they had: • Disconnected the original GT500 front USB harness entirely • Disconnected the glove box USB harness • Installed a completely different USB cable that does not belong in a GT500 at all • Rerouted that cable to the front port in place of the factory harness The cable installed in my car is a JL3T-14D202-CA harness, which is a part number from the Ford F-Series truck platform — not a Mustang, not a Shelby, and not compatible with the GT500’s USB/CarPlay wiring. This cable was simply stuffed into my dash and plugged into the APIM in place of the correct GT500 wiring. Because of this: • CarPlay was completely nonfunctional • The glove box USB port was left unplugged • The incorrect cable did not support Apple MFi communication • My vehicle’s factory wiring was left disconnected and hidden I have attached photos to this review showing the cable that was installed. It has a Ford tag, but it is absolutely not the correct harness for a Mustang/GT500, and it was never part of my car. This was a workaround/hack instead of an actual repair. After discovering the loose factory harness behind the screen, I reconnected the correct GT500 USB cable to the APIM myself. Once the proper harness was restored: • CarPlay immediately started working again • The glove box USB port started working again • The incorrect cable was no longer needed In other words, the issue was never the USB port itself — the repair done in August involved unplugging the correct wiring and replacing it with the wrong part altogether. I should not have had to remove half the interior of my GT500 to discover and repair this. I’m posting this so future customers are aware and so management can address the quality of work being done. A vehicle like a GT500, or any vehicle for that matter, should be handled with care, and the wiring should never be replaced with non-OEM, non-matching parts from other platforms.”

“I was in the market for tires and I decided to call. I spoke with TJ and he was able to beat discount tire by a few 100 bucks plus I got a mail in rebate Visa card. He offered to have my truck picked up and dropped off at my home. The pick up drivers were respectful and sent me text messages when in route. TJ went above and beyond my expectations and would highly recommend this dealership for service. They also have a mobile oil change service. Come to my house and change oil an rotate tires. Highly recommended.”
