“I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the ongoing lack of communication, excessive delays, and unprofessional treatment I have experienced regarding the service of my vehicle. Shortly after my purchase, my car began having repeated service problems. To date, I have had the steering wheel replaced twice due to sensor malfunctions that caused constant dinging noises. Additionally, a hose had to be replaced, the mode knob stopped functioning and became stuck in the “off-road” setting, and the rear windows would not roll up properly. I’ve had to bring my car in for service numerous times, far more often than with any vehicle I’ve previously owned. Most recently, I brought it in twice to address the window issue, but it still wasn’t resolved. I was told a part needed to be ordered and would take at least seven days; however, I never received any follow-up communication. Weeks later, I reached out myself and did not receive a return call. I contacted the service manager due to the continued lack of communication. I was finally able to bring my vehicle in and was provided with a loaner car; however, I have now been in possession of this loaner for over two months while my vehicle remains unrepaired. Throughout this entire period, I have had to initiate nearly all communication myself in order to receive any information. Even then, responses have been inconsistent, sometimes I receive a callback, and other times I receive no response at all. Due to this ongoing lack of transparency, I went to the dealership in person to obtain clear and direct answers regarding the status of my vehicle. Unfortunately, my experience during this visit was extremely disappointing. I was treated rudely and dismissively by an employee, the same individual who sold me the vehicle, who demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and customer service. I waited to speak with the service manager, who did not did appear. When I returned to the front of the store, I was asked whether I wanted to make an appointment simply to speak with the service manager about my vehicle. I explained that I did not wish to make an appointment and would like to speak with someone while I was already present, particularly given the ongoing difficulty in obtaining information. Rather than offering assistance or showing concern, the employee dismissed me and redirected me to the sales team. Had I entered the dealership as a prospective customer, this interaction alone would have caused me to leave immediately. The employee’s behavior came across as dismissive and condescending, with no interest in resolving the issue or providing basic courtesy. Eventually, the sales team took my information and was able to involve both the service manager and my service advisor so the matter could finally be discussed. Due to the continued delays and lack of resolution, I have also contacted Volkswagen Customer Care, as my vehicle remains unrepaired. This experience has been unacceptable and does not reflect the level of service or professionalism I expect.”

“I want to thank Brandy M in service and Mark M the sales manager! Brandy is Amazing! Her relationship with us as guests, attention to the details and communication skills make our service visits OUTSTANDING and seamless EVERY TIME! Our college age daughter was pre approved for her 2025 car purchase. We met Mark when we arrived we explained this is our daughter’s first new car purchase we were just along for the ride! He was respectful, patient and explained the purchase process in words our daughter could understand. Mark is honest and genuine with his guests! Awesome work Brandy and Mark!”

“Let me say that GOD is GOOD ALL THE TIME first off and second, he sent Victor to me for a reason! I “had” a 2013 VW Passat. If I could give 10 stars, I WOULD, hands down! NEVER have I ever with this being my second in life car dealership purchase, felt pressured, all I felt was pure LOVE and devotion!!! Don’t get me wrong I loved that car. But with the maintenance AND high payment from a buy here pay here company I couldn’t afford it. I had previously put in close to if not over $5,000 into it within the last year or so. It was a recall on the driver’s side air bag so I made an appointment with Brandy (who was my saver on the maintenance and pricing) to have that free service fixed. The shuttle came picked me up and just as I was about to leave, here comes VICTOR TO THE VICTORY! Long story short, HE IS A GOD SEND! An angel that God placed in front of me at the right place in HIS timing! He got me into a 2025 TAOS which was the SUV I had told my mother a year or so ago that I wanted. 27 miles on it, THAT’S BRAND NEW to me! Paying a buck and some change more than my 12yr old car! When I say GOD IS GOOD, he is ALL THE TIME!! If anyone has a doubt about purchasing or leasing a VW DON’T! Go to Berge-Mazda VW and ask for Victor!! He will take your problem off your hands and put you into your dream car/suv/VW bus or whatever your heart desires! And if you do tell him Myra sent you from reading this novel I left! He will ALWAYS be my go to man for any and ALL future purchases at Berge-Mazda VW. Have a blessed New You Year everyone🙏🏾”

“My wife and I bought a 2023 volkswagen I. d 4 ..s Pro plus on september 3 2025.. Very happy. With the sales person and with the finance manager.... Hayden brown.... Nice professional person.. And very smart....... Everything was quite quick... Which we liked.... If I could give them ten stars across the board I would.... very happy with our purchase.... I would recommend anybody to go checked them out.... Five stars across the board thank you.... Happy clients...”
