“Ive lost sleep over my experience here. Found a rare BMW Gran Turismo on Facebook with a guy named Idlemar my questions was slow to answer but eventually became responsive. Tried the dealership to get questions answered faster and talked to 3 different people who sounded foreign hard to communicate with and never called me back! Continued talking to Idlemar as he made me comfortable with his consumer service. We worked some numbers and got me confident to stop in. Finally get to the dealership meet the owner Eduardo test drove and fell in love with car! Eddie didn’t seem to realize what he had on his lot. We struck a deal where he called me to comeback to 19,600 quote on the car! Said I’ll take it instantly placed the deposit that night to return the next day with the check! My grandmother 91 was rushed to the hospital and I informed Idlemar I’d be by after. While feeding my declining grandma THIS JERK EDUARDO ALDANA THE OWNER REFUNDS MY DEPOSIT CALLS ME SAYING IM SORRY I GOT PAID MORE FOR THE CAR! So heartless, cold and unethical. I’ve been feeling terrible as I’ve been searching for this car since September! I’ve cried I’ve lost my appetite and lost sleep over such deceitful behavior! Pray on my mother I heal from this painful and horrible experience. May God have mercy on your soul EDDIE!”
