“My salesman was Eric Sofon and he was awesome. I purchased a 2025 GLE-350 while in North Carolina and Eric made sure that everything was taken care of before I got there. We processed all the paperwork over the phone and I knew all the numbers before I drove 4 hrs to the dealership. I encountered a small issue with my insurance and Eric gladly took over and reached out to customer support and made sure the correct paperwork was emailed to the dealership.
The finance manager Senayet was amazing! She processed all the paperwork quickly and professionally. She was engaging and answered all my questions. I even called about a week later with a question and she was eager to help.
I will definitely come back to Euro Motorcars Germantown for my next Mercedes purchase!”

“My most recent visit to Euro Motorcars Germantown officially made me a customer for life. From the moment I arrived, the experience was exactly what you hope for and then some.
Dustin in the service department welcomed me in right away and got my vehicle into service as quickly and smoothly as possible, which aligned with the high expectations set by my previous visits. The professionalism, efficiency, and communication were already top-tier. But what truly set this experience apart was what happened next.
Due to unexpected parts delays, my vehicle wasn’t going to be ready in time for a Christmas charity drive I was scheduled to attend in Fulton, Maryland. I was initially provided a GLE 350 loaner, an excellent vehicle by any standard. While an AMG wasn’t required for the event, it certainly would’ve been a nice bonus.
Here’s where Dustin went above and beyond.
On a Friday afternoon, with the charity event scheduled for Sunday, Dustin didn’t just shrug and say “we’ll see.” Instead, he took ownership of the situation. He made calls, explored options, and ultimately managed to secure a GLC AMG courtesy loaner for the weekend. He personally called me, coordinated with another advisor, and ensured everything was lined up so I could pick up the vehicle Saturday just in time for the event.
That level of effort, care, and follow-through is rare. Dustin didn’t just solve a problem; he made sure I could show up fully and confidently for a cause that mattered to me. That’s not just customer service, that’s genuine commitment.

“I bought brand new Mercedes GLE and they told me my car has a run flat tires which is expensive and they offer me insurance which is cost me $$2800. And recently I got flat tire on 95 in Virginia. And I find out I don’t have a run flat tires I was not available to drive to tire shop I got stuck on the shoulders I called roadside assist. Nobody show up. I wait about four hours. From 8 PM to midnight And guess what? I’m asking my money back 2800$ Which is i paid for insurance Or run flat tires They don’t wanna do none of that Guys don’t buy insurance do not get a prepaid service. It’s such a waste of money”
