“This all happened last night 1/23/2026. So they know exactly who is leaving this review. We agreed on a final price with the sales manager at the front desk, the person who supposedly “calls the shots.” After that, we completed all the paperwork and waited for financing.
Only then did the finance manager come out and say the sales manager “made a mistake” and that they would not honor the agreed price. Instead, I was told the deal might work if I paid thousands more, even with excellent credit and no need for a co-signer.
This is classic bait-and-switch behavior. Changing pricing after paperwork is done is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. Either the sales manager didn’t know what they were doing, or this was intentional, neither is okay.
What makes this even funnier is that this vehicle has already been sitting on the lot since at least December, and thanks to these tactics, it looks like it’s going to keep sitting there. Not surprised it’s still there and will probably stay there. Wasting customers’ time instead of honoring your own deals is not how you move inventory.
Nissan Germantown wasted my time and tried to pressure me. Maybe try that with a car that hasn’t been sitting for over a month on the lot. Avoid this dealership. Thankfully I went to Nissan in college park the same night and got myself a vehicle (pictured) all done within an hour no hassle.”

“My beautiful, elegant and reliable high end Rogue is approaching its 4th birthday on 12/31/25. Therefore, I thought it best to check it in at the Crisswell dealers for a general tuneup and indeed I did. My experience at the dealer was excellent. The Associate who assisted me was very friendly and indeed after overhauling my car it came back to me with a good report. Thank you Nissan you will forever be my car doctor.”

“UPDATE: Post Sales experience -- Awful!!!
These guys are so bad, so rude and not ready to help. Christian (my salesperson) left the company and no one is willing to take the ownership on helping me out with the tags. The call transfers don't work, Finance people specially James behave arrogantly. No one assist.
We had a great experience dealing with Christian Acevedo at Criswell Nissan.
It was our first car Kicks in the US and he made it really special. He was so helpful and explained almost everything so politely and patiently. He made us understand the scenarios here in the US and helped in the insurance too. I do recommend the store too. Christian, indeed it was a pleasure to connect and buy from you. Would definitely come again for the next one.”
