“Came here for a CRV I saw online. Went back and forth on pricing with salesman and manager and my final offer was 1k from their sell offer. They declined and we left. Salesman contacted day after and said another manager was more flexible and willing to make better deal. I said what $ they wanted. He wouldn't say but stated "we promise we will make you very happy". Although I sensed this was a scammish tactic, fairly common from decades ago, It was close by and gave him benefit of doubt. On 2nd trip, they presented me with same write-up as 1st trip, and not willing to move close to my previous offer. Why drag us back in then?? If they're comfortable with this BS, what else will they try to pull? We got up and left. A major waste of time.”

“The service representative Leslie did not take the time to educate the client about the vehicle’s maintenance needs. The discussion focused primarily on cost and client’s budget rather than first explaining what repairs were required, which ones were most important, and how urgent they were. Understanding the condition of the car should be the priority before discussing budget. Overall, I am not satisfied with the level of service provided.”
